CASTILIAN DOWN ---CAT----- Hello everyone! Soc l'Annkathrin, it took 35 years and 11 years that I visited Barcelona here. Soc from a town near Hamburg, but I will live and study French for 5 years. Here in Barcelona I have been working as a professor in various academies and as a classroom professor at the Zürich Schule Barcelona. I also have experience at the university level. I have always done things related to teaching (assistant conversation in Paris while carrying out studies, babysitting in German/English, different workshops, assistant German teacher in a daycare center in Sant Cugat, reinforcement classes, private classes...,). I have a degree in Anglophone Philology and am planning to take a master's degree in linguistics. More and more, he will receive a specialization course in literary translation (Catalan-Germany) subsidized by the Ramon Llull Institute. I love the languages and I hope to greatly appreciate both learning and teaching. I place great importance on a pleasant and cordial learning environment and it is important to create a positive relationship with my students with the German language. During the pandemic, I have been able to learn many things related to online classes and have to serve different classes because classes are always diverse and with recreational activities to practice the grammatical contingencies of students in class or to review vocabulary, practice oral production, etc. What we do is to serve online classes that most resemble an in-person class with the mateixa having fun, but every time we go home we have complete comfort and risk. Ultimately, everything is about adapting to the circumstances and creating more experience! See you soon! ---CAST---Hello everyone! I adapt my classes to what students want and need so they make the most of their time and money. I think it is very important for students to feel comfortable and safe. It is also essential that what we do and talk about in class makes sense and is relevant for you. It is your goal and personal style of learning what will define our classes. I also speak English, French, German and Russian. I can explain in the student′ s mother tongue if necessary although my goal will be to speak Spanish from the very beginning with affordable exercises adapted to your level. English philologist with a Master's degree in Teacher Training for tutoring primary, secondary and high school studentsTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Hello! Languages aren't easy to learn, especially in large groups, but with small classes, you can improve a lot in just a few months. As a teacher, I believe the most important thing is for students to have someone who can give them confidence so they don't get overwhelmed by the material at school. -I can give review and reinforcement classes (primary, ESO and Baccalaureate) adapting to the needs and personality of each student. - In the case of primary school children, I introduce games so that they associate English with good experiences, so they don't develop a dislike for it, etc. - With teenagers, it's about connecting the content with their daily lives and interests, so they see its usefulness and it stops seeming like a waste of time. This is my training and experience as a teacher: -Two years as an English teacher in an academy (The Orange Tree, Valencia) for groups of children aged 5 to 16. -One year of individual reinforcement classes for primary and secondary school children, adult groups and companies. -I have a Master's degree in Teacher Training specializing in English, and I am familiar with the curriculum for primary, secondary and high school. -I am a philologist and have a very high level of English (I have lived in Ireland for 4 years, I have worked in the USA and I have always worked in international environments). -I am a patient and cheerful person who connects easily with children and teenagers. Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions. See you soon!

I just wanted to drop a quick note to say how great she is as a teacher and as a person! She is not just the best teacher, but her personality is equally wonderful. She is incredibly patient and have a super cool way of teaching, and on top of that, she is super friendly. Plus, she is one of the smartest teachers I've ever had. In my opinion , she is the best teacher ever, and I can't believe how much I've learned, even from our very first class. Thanks a bunch for being so fantastic!

I had my first Spanish lesson with Irene and it exceeded expectations. She uses a structured mix of activities and drills that keep the session focused and engaging. Despite being a complete beginner, I was speaking simple conversations by the end of the hour. She has a clear, effective teaching style and knows how to build confidence quickly without overwhelming you. I learned a great deal in a short time and genuinely enjoyed the process. Irene is an excellent teacher.

Florencia welcomed us with different activities to find out about our level of Spanish. The lessons gave plenty of speaking opportunities. She took the time to analyse the mistakes made on Spanish exams to find ways of improving. After each lesson, Florencia gave us links for more online excersices and the notes to the lesson. She was friendly, accommodating, patient and non-judging - a great teacher
