I am native German and I can teach my language in all levels, for children and adults. More than ten years of experience. My focus is the grammar and the conversation. German has a lot of grammar and I always try to teach how the language works and how german people actually speak it, not only how to follow the rules. We'd do a lot of speaking, exercices, games or interactive activities. Depending on your level, there are also lessons in german history, german politics and differences between german, austrian or swiss german.

I am an economics and sports teacher at a German high school and have been an English, mathematics and German tutor and private tutor for 5 years. My experience has taught me that there is no single right way to teach students. I try to find individually suitable methods for each group/student to convey the lesson content. Feel free to contact me for an in-person or online meeting. We can then work together to develop a suitable concept for tutoring/lessons/tutoring for school, language courses, or your company.

Growing up bilingual in German and English was as challenging as it was exciting and an experience that inspired my love for languages. Now I would love to share my knowledge on effortlessly mastering the ins and outs of these two infamous languages with you! The lessons are hands-on, easily understandable and true-to-life, so you can go and use what you've learned right away. Moreover, I like to customise the lessons to the topics and hobbies that interest you so that we can build progress on familiar sole, have you make better connections to the language and have an overall better learning experience. If it works with your schedule, I would also strongly recommend that we make homework a part of your class structure. I am confident we can use whatever foundation and experiences you have to help you meet your language goals - whether you just want to smooth out the kinks or start from the very beginning. You and I can figure this out together!

...I could speak in 4 different languages with my room mate. Do I have your attention? :) I always like to joke and say that life is too short to learn German, but honestly it depends on the teacher you have and how much you enjoy the lessons! I think that as long as you feel good and motivated and have a person sitting next to you who says positive words to you, you can manage to expand your expertise in a short time With me, you have a friend with whom you can have a coffee or go to the beach in your free time. I am very open and communicative and want our lessons to be more than just dry theory. I bring my personality to the lessons so that it remains interesting and vibrant for both of us! We can meet in a Cafe / Restaurant in Barcelona, I am also open to online meetings. If you are interested in learning Chinese I can also help you! :)

I am a professional ballet dancer living in Spain for the past three years. As a 23 year old German/Greek I belong to the new generation of a polyglot cosmopolitan European youth. Following the path of my ballet studies I have lived also in Belgium, France, Estonia and now Spain. The English language has been everywhere my key for communicating with friends, colleagues, teachers and the local inhabitants. My intention is to make the student feel comfortable by talking English as well as to offer him the opportunity to surpass the limits that are set by using only his native language. Besides English I would be happy to teach German and Greek since these are my mother languages. And also French since I studied in France.

I am studying Architecture in Barcelona. I am French and German and speak English fluently. Having been in a French high school abroad for 10 years I know the importance of learning languages. I could help you learn one of these three languages, because these are languages that I have always practiced. I can teach you to master these languages both orally and in writing. The courses can be for beginners but also to improve knowledge already acquired.

I am a 24-year-old german native speaker that speaks English fluently. I would like to tutor all levels of speakers. I have given lessons through Apprentus for four years now and helped to prepare students for language tests, job interviews and high school tests. Throughout that time I have tutored students whose mother tongues were English, Dutch, French, Chinese, Greek and Japanese. I have given English classes in Germany for 2 years prior to tutoring through Apprentus and therefore have 6 years of experience with teaching languages. My lessons will be adjusted towards the level of the speaker, and I will, of course, prepare every elaborately thought-through lesson beforehand.

With me you will learn to talk fast. I will skip the theory and go straight to speaking. I taught myself fluent Spanish in two years and will apply those intuitive learning methods onto my tutoring. Being a native speaker you will learn from the perfect source. I am available in Barcelona and for online - classes.

With a university degree in German language and literature (Master of Arts in German with a specialization in medieval languages and literature) and solid experience, I offer private German lessons for all levels and all age groups. My courses are designed to be adapted to the age, level and specific needs of each individual. They aim to introduce the language, consolidate concepts, fill gaps, and prepare for exams (ECR 8P, compulsory school leaving certificates, entrance exams for gymnasiums, maturity and university exams, Goethe Zertifikat up to B2). Specifics for academic support: Since this is primarily a long-term endeavor, I emphasize methodology by taking the time to "learn how to learn" effectively: every exercise is explained in detail, which may make its execution slower. Quality takes precedence over quantity in order to achieve optimal results over time. Students bring their own course materials (notebooks, textbooks, tablets and/or computers, dictionaries, assessments...). Another important point: in order for my help to be beneficial, it is necessary that the student provides regular personal work between lessons. This essentially involves rereading your notes, repeating exercises similar to those carried out together or even moving forward in learning vocabulary. Specifics for conversation classes: The topics are based on interests and/or specific needs for exam preparation. I attach particular importance to pronunciation, fluency and vocabulary. I usually correct at the end of a conversation exercise with detailed feedback, in order to avoid any blockages and to work on fluency. Depending on the level of the students and/or their expectations (exam preparations/assessments/desire for improvement for example), I work on the choice of appropriate words, grammatical accuracy, the ability to formulate more or less complex sentences. Specifics for exam preparation: The courses offer to acquire solid tools to learn to write, to comment on literary texts and a methodology to work on oral comprehension. The student must bring their own exam preparation brochure, available in all bookstores. For Goethe Institute model exams, the exam books from Cornlesen are particularly suitable. The other alternative would be to download and print before the start of the course a copy of the Goethe Institute exam available on the institute's website. Specifics for listening comprehension: I primarily use audiovisual materials downloaded from the Deutsche Welle website, which offers a variety of recordings suitable for all levels, with a very practical approach. Over time, students not only gain fluency in listening comprehension but also enrich their basic vocabulary through exercises. I also work with the Goethe-Institut's oral tests to familiarize them with spoken language. Specifics for written expression work: I begin by explaining in the first lesson some methodological tools to acquire writing skills. The student has the opportunity to start writing during the course or do a writing exercise on duty and give it to me to correct (send by email or at the beginning of the next lesson). The corrections are explained in detail. In addition, at the time of booking, the student can send me a draft copy before the lesson so that I can meet his needs even more quickly. Besides my presence with the student, every lesson involves preparation time before and after, particularly for the assignments I correct. My goal is to design an individualized course, so I take the necessary time to write detailed comments in my corrections or offer advice to maximize each student's success. In addition, each student can contact me at any time outside of class by email if necessary. Feel free to contact me for more information, and I look forward to supporting you in your learning. 😊

The German language is currently in high demand in the labor market, and Germany accepts scholarships for study or work, so learning the German language has become necessary for anyone who wants to study or work at an advanced level. The German language is not difficult, but it requires effort, regularity, and follow-up with the teacher, as well as making sure to attend classes with concentration.
