Hi there! I’m Anastasia. If you’re into fine arts, be it your hobby or future career, I’m here to help! You may be one of the following: - A fine arts student looking to get additional guidance - A recent graduate looking to further hone their skills - A working artist facing a new challenge or an unfamiliar style - A self-taught artist looking for more academic training - Or just a creative person wishing to turn their vision into reality. I usually prefer the following format: 1. You send in your request 2. We connect to discuss it 3. We begin our lessons Our lessons are 2 hours long. If you’re a beginner and have no background in fine arts at all, we may have to cover some theory first. If you’re interested, do let me know. Or if you have something different in mind – just ask, and I’ll do my best to meet your specific needs. I can promise you my full attention and a very competitive rate. Nowadays I teach the most of lessons to adults and have successfully prepared students for different art schools and colleges. The classes are very interactive. The main idea is not to lecture you or do the work for you, but rather help you tap into your creative self and arm you with the right tools to extract your unique ideas! I try to combine in my teaching process teaching methods from brilliant masters I have met in my life in art colleges and Academy I study in (Pjankov, Dergunov, Bistrov, Denderina) and also from famous Old Teachers of Art (Soviet Art Masters: Crimov, Chistjakov, Kurkov, and European Art School Masters: Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and Caravaggio ). When I teach , I do put myself in my students’ shoes. Also I use MY own art experience as an active fine artist who has faced different topical issues, so that YOUR works can suit modern art contexts.

Biology is the fascinating study of life and living organisms. It explores the vast diversity of living things, from tiny bacteria to towering trees and from microscopic cells to complex ecosystems. In biology, we delve into the structures, functions, behaviors, and interactions of living organisms, as well as the processes that govern life, such as growth, reproduction, and adaptation. Through biology, we uncover the interconnectedness of all living things and understand how they are influenced by their environments. From the depths of the ocean to the highest mountains, life exists in various forms, each adapted to thrive in its specific habitat. By studying biology, we gain insights into the wonders of the natural world and develop a deeper appreciation for the delicate balance of ecosystems that sustains life on Earth. In our private classes, we will embark on an exciting journey through the realms of biology, exploring topics such as genetics, ecology, evolution, anatomy, and physiology. Through engaging discussions, hands-on activities, and captivating experiments, we will unlock the mysteries of life and cultivate a passion for understanding the living world around us. Join me as we unravel the secrets of biology and discover the beauty and complexity of life!

This course is an integrated study of human body and drug therapy. Here, you will explore normal anatomy and physiology, the pathophysiology of disease, and the mechanism of action of key drug classifications used to treat them. The focus will be for students to master the language of medicine by exploring how body systems (cardiovascular, nervous, etc.) function and how medications are designed to intervene and restore health. By the end of this course, you will be able to propose evidence base pharmacological interventions for common clinical conditions through interactive cases, visual models, and practical clinical applications.

Anatomy is best understood by visualization, i will be starting from the basics of how to visualize and understand the concept behind the organization of body parts, neuroanatomy, including embryology and histology. Also how it is important in clinical applications will prepare the students for further examinations I will be using chalk board method to do the same. In that way it will be more beneficial to understand and remember.

The Art of Naming in Anatomy: Decoding Anatomy for Medical Students I teach anatomy through a terminology-based approach that helps medical students decode the logic behind anatomical names instead of memorizing everything as disconnected facts. My method treats anatomy as a language, where names often reflect structure, location, attachments, function, shape, direction, size, or relationship to surrounding anatomy. This approach is especially helpful for students who feel overwhelmed by anatomy and struggle with retention. By learning how to break down anatomical terms into meaningful parts, students can organize information more effectively, improve recall, and reduce confusion when studying large volumes of material. My focus is practical and student-centered. I help students build a strong exam-oriented foundation by prioritizing high-yield memorization strategies first, while gradually strengthening understanding over time. I also guide students on how to approach practice questions in a way that reinforces anatomical memory and improves long-term retention. The goal is not only to memorize anatomy for an exam, but to develop a reliable way of reading, interpreting, and learning anatomy with confidence.

Gross Anatomy Overview for Pre-Med Students is a foundational course designed to introduce students to the structure and organization of the human body with a clinical perspective. The course covers major organ systems—including musculoskeletal, nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, and urogenital systems—with emphasis on anatomical relationships, terminology, and functional relevance. Instruction focuses on understanding structures in 3D, interpreting diagrams and models, and making connections between anatomy and physiology relevant to pre-medical coursework and future clinical training. By the end of the course, students will be able to confidently identify key anatomical structures, explain their functions, and approach anatomy-heavy exams with stronger comprehension and retention.
