I cater to each student's individual needs and capabilities. I help with school by also adding in my own worksheets to complete together which relates to the current work that they are covering In their syllabus. Each student is individual and would there be treated the way that they would learn in an optimal manner.

I would spend a lot more time with the students before exams to ensure that they have a decent understanding of every topic that may appear in the exam. I often use past paper examples as a way of preparation. Considering my own international schooling, I do very much understand the high level of requirements of some syllabus.

About Me

I am from South Africa . I grew up in Dubai, the UK and Ethiopia and so there for have a very International upbringing. I myself completed the Cambridge IGSE as well as the IB curriculum. I then went onward to complete my Bachelors in Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Stellenbosch. I worked as an Engineer and as Planner for many years before starting to give a little more attention my love for math and physics. This has now formed a big part of my life since it has always been my main interest. In the last two years, especially with a lot of kids being home schooled, I decided to give this a try. Given my history in Civil Engineering, I was and am capable of using real life experiences to explain basic concepts.

University of stellenbosch, 4 year degree, civil engineering as a major. Later did a masters in construction management. In my studies I did a lot a lot of maths, physics, management and people skills which has greatly helped me throughout my career. Maths however remains my first true love.

Having conducted international-level experimental and theoretical scientific research for many years (PhD University of Cambridge, National Physical Laboratory, Max-Planck Institute, KUL, and UCL) I offer tailored and adaptive tutoring in mathematics, chemistry, and physics.

As an alumna of the European School of Brussels III and a recent First-Class Honours graduate from The Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL) with a Master’s in Engineering and Architecture, I offer tutoring support to students of all levels. I have a Master's degree in physics with a teaching focus from ULB. I therefore have the agrégation (a teaching qualification) and am a secondary school teacher, and as mentioned, I hold a Master's degree in physics.

I place great importance on understanding the student's difficulties and overcoming them with them.
