My name is Francisco, I am an Argentinian guitarist currently living in Brussels. I am finishing my studies at the conservatory (KCB), but I have been playing for most of my life and teaching privately and in music academics for a few years already.
Although my main focus musically is in jazz and improvisation in general, I am also into funk, blues, rock, pop, indie and folk.

I would define my teaching style as flexible, in the sense that I believe in building a programme together with each of my students, in the which his or her specific musical interests are covered and the same time, diving into and developing the areas which I consider fundamental, regardless of the musical style or genre: rhythm and time feel, sound, technique, posture and fretboard knowledge.

Hi there! My name is Francisco. I am a guitar player from Argentina and I relocated in the Netherlands in 2021. I moved here to continue exploring and to expand my musical knowledge and experience at Maastricht Conservatorium. As from September, I am offering lessons in Brussels were I relocated to study under the guidance of Nelson Veras, one of the most important guitarists out there!
I have been studying and playing guitar since the age of 14. I've had many different bands and projects with the which I recorded and gigged a lot. One of my dearest groups is Chenopodium Quinoa Wild, which I formed with 3 of my closest friends in a little beach town in Ecuador (you can check the music in spotify).

Although my main focus for the last few years has been playing jazz, I enjoy to play all kinds of music. Rock, pop, blues, funk, etc

My aim is to provide a personalized learning experience to all of my students.

I studied with many great players such as: Ramiro Franceschin, Juan Pablo Hernández, Sergio Romano, Ramiro Olaciregui, David Morris, Mariano Otero and others. I studied 3 years at Conservatorio Juan Jose Castro (Argentina) and currently I'm studying at KCB

Guitar Lessons in Maastricht. Intermediate and advanced students.

Hi, my name is Francisco. I am an argentinian guitar player currently located in Maastricht, Netherlands.
I have been playing and studying music for many years and Im also actively performing and recording for my own or other people's projects. I have been teaching for more than 8 years now and I have experience working together with begginer, intermediate and more advanced students. At the moment, I am narrowing my lessons for people who already know the basics and want to expand on their knowledge. I am a jazz guitar player and my main interest is improvisation but the lessons are not limited to people looking to learn jazz, but also to those with interest in blues, rock, pop, etc.

Some of the things we will be working on are:

Triads, Scales, Voicings, Time Feel, Rhythm, Repertoire, Tools for playing in a band, Comping, and more.

The lessons can either be online via Zoom or Google Meet, or at my place in Maastricht.

(Of course, I am open to teach beginner students as well in some cases, upon discussion.)

I am a professional violinist. I graduated with distinction at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels (Master) and hold a Bachelor Diploma from Codarts (Rotterdam).
I also pursued a masters degree in Music Education at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels.

I teach students of all ages and levels.
I have fifteen years of teaching experience in the Netherlands and in Belgium ( privately and at music schools/muziekacademies).

In my lessons I help the students to find a good contact with the instrument and cultivate a positive relationship with music by integrating the development of aural skills, sense of rhythm and an optimal body use, enabling them to connect with their musical imagination.

I graduated from the Conservatoire de Nice CNRR (France) in jazz guitar.
I studied there for seven years with renowned professors such as Jean Paul Ceccarelli (Sting), Pierre Bertrand, Robert Persi or Philippe Petit.

I'm at ease with students, having already taught music in a foster for teenagers. I've been playing since I was 9, I have toured with numerous groups in Europe, was educated in music theory at the Geneva Conservatory and obtained a diploma in music at the College of Geneva.

Music being a pleasure, I adapt the lesson to the desire of the students, whether it is singing with the guitar or being a guitar hero. Willing to create interest in the guitar or the banjo, I stand for a pleasure to play.

With 7 years of experience behind me and around forty students, I noticed that the best teaching method was a transversal approach, working from the beginning on musical expression using compositions adapted to the student's level, as well as exercises focused on paying attention to our body, our movements and our musical intention. This approach adapts to everyone's desires. Adults and children of all ages are welcome, the first lesson always being free, at my home on a Grand piano.

With children, this takes the form of age-appropriate, playful teaching, with which I identify one or two specific objectives to achieve that allow complex concepts to be communicated in a simple way.
