Expérience / Qualifications
Two years experience as an Audit Officer in a commercial bank.
Responsibilities included:
• Performing audit assignments in line with the Engagement Plan.
• Performing audit tests prescribed in the Branch Audit Checklist.
• Checking compliance of previous audit reports.
• Recommending new audit tests and exceptions for inclusion in the Branch Audit Checklist.
• Drafting audit reports for review by the lead auditor and senior managers.
• Discussing audit findings with the auditee in the presence of Regional Head of Operations.
• Identifying any gaps in controls and making practical recommendations.
