I'm twenty four years old. I finished my maturity in the summer of 2015 in the Kantonsschule Wiedikon in Zurich in the musical field. With 8 years I started my first piano lessons, which were mainly focused on classical pieces and theory. As soon as I chose my musical orientation in college, I received an intern teacher, who helped me to develop my improvisational skills and introduced me to genres like Jazz, Blues & Boogie Woogie.

My teaching experience I developed mainly during my civil service, where I introduced asylum seekers via projects to the diversity of music. With my well-tempered attitude and patience i find it easy to transfer the knowledge I have and am very adaptive to different kinds of learning behaviors.

Good mood and guaranteed progress A typical session:

A session lasts 60 minutes. Time to work on the fundamentals of the instrument:
- Tune the guitar
- Adopt a good posture
- Read a score, tablature and / or music theory
- Play melodies, chords and arpeggios
- Work pieces
- Learn notions of rhythm and harmony

Lessons for guitarists of all levels.

Possibility of starting both children and adults.

The duration of the course is 60 min, including a part of technical work and pieces with a pedagogy adapted to the age of the pupils.

I have won over forty prizes in national and international guitar competitions. My method is based on a complete approach not only to the cello but also to music. A technical approach to the instrument linked to this great sensitivity that music offers us, to make you, at any level, a complete musician. I focus not only on the technical aspect of the instrument, which allows us as cellists to give ourselves the tools necessary to express ourselves, but also elements of improvisation, which allow us to find freedom in the expression. Another core aspect of my teaching is playing music with my students. I regularly arrange pieces of all genres for two cellos, adapting the student's voice to their level.

I am of American and German origin having grown up in the Geneva region. I graduated with a Bachelor and a Master in performance from the Haute Ecole de Musique de Lausanne; followed by a year of advanced training at the Royal College of Music in London. I almost have 10 years of teaching experience, but I continue to evolve and adapt to everyone's demands.

I offer cello lessons for children from 4 years old, for teenagers and for adults, whatever their level.

With 10 years of experience in teaching cello, I adapt to the specific objectives of each student. One of my main educational objectives is to awaken and nourish the pleasure of playing music while ensuring structured learning.

I taught cello for 6 years at the Geneva Conservatory of Music and 5 years at the Vincent-d'Indy Music School in Montreal and I am committed to creating a learning environment where pleasure and musical progression go hand in hand, whether you are a beginner or already have some practice.

Recommended timing by age:
