I have around 9+ years work experience for the world's leading oilfield services company and have been directly responsible in Products and Services delivery, people development, coaching and mentoring of younger employees and peers.
This session advises professionals who are not sure of the next step to take in their career, and would like some advice on directions to take based on their skills and earning potential.
This session also advises students on recommended schools and courses to do undergraduate and postgraduate degrees , that offer scholarships , affordable tuition while maintaining the quality and accreditation.
I believe one-on-one sessions with you will point you in the right direction on taking a good step in your career or education choice. You will have the opportunity to ask career and education related questions.

About Me
I grew up in Nigeria, and my secondary school education was at International School, Lagos where I got 16 A grades out of 18 terms in Mathematics. I also recieved A grades in Mathematics and Further Mathematics in the WAEC/NECO exams (final exams to enter university). I am a graduate of Business Administration (MBA) and Electrical Engineering(BSc). I also have more than 10 years tutoring experience and I have helped several students achieve their goals. I am currently based in Bergen, Norway where I work as a team manager for an international energy company.

I teach Mathematics at all levels (secondary school level and university level). I have now taught many students online, and increasingly I believe it is the future of tuition. My aim as a tutor is to create in my students a deep understanding and confidence in answering exam questions and being able to tackle new and unfamiliar problems. My philosophy is based on the idea that learning happens in an environment of mutual respect in which the student is encouraged to think and make new connections for themselves. My experience has been that one-to-one personal tuition has a unique value to students because of the ability to resolve the students’ personal barriers to learning in a way that lays the foundations for a deep and lasting understanding of the subject.
My approach varies depending on the student’s needs and learning style. However my teaching philosophy is based on encouraging students to think for themselves, using real-world examples wherever possible. I start from topics the students are comfortable with and move gradually towards more complex areas as their confidence builds. I use questions and examples to check understanding continually. I don’t lecture to students or ask them to memorise things. Nor do I do the students’ homework for them!
I usually focus on exam-style or past paper questions in order to check, practice and perfect the student’s understanding and technique. I also give a lot of emphasis to some of the less obvious but vital skills such as essay structure and technique, logical thought, and the effective use of numbers and graphs.
I believe passionately in the huge value of tutoring to students and take great satisfaction in seeing my students achieve their full potential.
