Hi there! Already 12 years I am a teacher for singers for all ages. Voice and music are something that vibrates with me and makes me and others happy.
We will work with confidence, presentation skills with a lot of fun. We will touch different aspects such as vocal preparation, music interpretation, performative skills, improvisation, vocal coaching, and songwriting. And all through a healthy and comfortable way.

I can teach in my location or go to your place.

I am a Sound Performance Artist and the Voice teacher. I am living and working in Bern, Switzerland. I received my BFA/MFA from the Riga Teacher Training and Educational Management Academy (Music teacher/ contemporary music singing teacher) and MFA from the Art Academy of Latvia (Art / Stage design), and latest MFA from Bern University of the Arts (Performance Art / Sound Art).
In 2016 I get the first place in the Baltic Acoustic festival ‘Silver Gull`. In the 2014 recive “the appreciation acknowledgment for an investment in teaching the new generation of jazz musicians in Latvia“ from Latvian National Center of Culture. Furthermore I am an educator giving lessons and leading lecture-performance-workshops.

Je propose des cours de flûte traversière, de tous niveaux et également un soutien ou un éveil au solfège, afin d'avoir des bases nécessaires à l'apprentissage d'un instrument. Je suis ouverte à toute sorte de musique bien que spécialisée dans la musique classique. Je suis étudiante à la haute école de musique de Bern.

I am currently doing my second Masters in Music Performance at the Hochschule der Künste Bern. Coming from Singapore/London, both English and Mandarin Chinese are my first languages. I completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme at the age of 16. I also speak fluent Polish, French and a little German. I take students of all ages, and have experience with students as young as 4 years old. Lyric singer of Colombian origin, I seek to help you discover the unique possibilities of your voice. Graduated from the Haute Ecole de Musique in Geneva and holder of a Masters in Interpretation with "congratulations" from the Haute Ecole des Arts de Berne (HKB).

I am completely passionate about opera and chamber music but also a versatile singer who loves, sings and teaches pop and variety music.

Soloist in various artistic projects and training, I also wish to transmit to you the pleasure of music and its benefits on the body, state of mind and health. I would like to help you express your emotions and feelings in a free and healthy way by learning some technical tools that will allow you to keep your vocal apparatus healthy. Among these technical tools, posture, breathing and flexibility are, in my opinion, the main pillars of a good singing technique.

Classes can be given at the student's home or in Bern in French, German, English or Spanish.

Music theory, an essential subject to deeply understand music.
As I am Hungarian, I studied the Kodály method. It is a rather special method which is characterized by a lot of singing, creativity and rhythmic games, which was invented for the education of the people, not for the musical elite. Its effectiveness is proven by many musicians who have grown up in this extraordinary system.
During the lessons we would do several types of exercises:
- listening exercises
- writing exercises
- sing songs, melodies, chords, intervals...
(I am flexible regarding this subject, the student can advise activities/subjects (ex: history of music...))

The goal:
- find the connection between musicality-instrument-theory
- improve ear (absolute/relative), sight-reading, musicality, theoretical knowledge

Learn to play the flute! First, we will focus on the sound production, the position of the mouthpiece and your posture. Then we will deal with playful pieces, we can play in duet and play melodies that you like. Playing the flute will help you develop your memory, hearing and breathing skills.

My focus is on the styles of rock/pop/jazz and improvisation. I would also be happy to delve into music theory and show you the basics (and beyond...) of harmony.

If you're not a grader, it doesn't matter! My first piano lessons were very note based and almost ruined my playing! I'm a firm believer that playing songs by ear from the start helps us absorb songs faster. Of course, the eyes also work and shape patterns, figures and tone sequences on the fretboard or. on the keyboard. Of course, I would also be happy to teach you how to read music.
