I'm a Certified personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise focussing on the use of body weight training movements and minimal gym equipment to help you achieve your health goals, develop long term exercise adherence skills through private personal coaching, at your home, online, outdoor space and small group training.
I specialises in healthy weight loss management, strength and conditioning, Core strengthening, back pain management and nutritional guidelines to help you reach health goals.

Certified by the American Council On Exercise (ACE) as a Personal Trainer in 2020.
