The first year of medical school is selective and the pace is intense. Do you feel overwhelmed in chemistry, physics, or biology? Are you unsure how to organize your revision? My name is Claire. I have a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences and I'm a Master's student at EPFL. I prepared for the first-year medical school entrance exam myself, and then helped other students prepare for it through a student association. I know the pressure of that year firsthand. Student of the Ecole Centrale Paris, I am currently in double-degree at the EPFL in Master of Engineering Life Sciences. I offer tutoring at all levels for students in the first year of medicine, especially for help in physics and chemistry. Indeed, I did three years of preparatory classes in physics-chemistry, then I joined the School of Engineering Centrale Paris, and attended a parallel training in biomedical medicine at the University of Paris-Sud. I am now in Master at EPFL, and I have been teaching for more than three years now, for all levels, in mathematics, physics, biology and chemistry. I accompanied many students for their first year of medicine. I know how to adapt to my students and their needs, to ensure their understanding, progression and success. Dynamic and involved, I am rigorous and serious. I like teaching and helping. I know the program of medicine in physics and chemistry because I studied it in preparatory classes. In addition, the profile of medical students is similar to mine (physics / chemistry studies in biomedical engineering).
