Throughout these years of practice, initially I was very focused on the body postures, always wanted to achieve the crazy and advanced-looking poses; and gradually later on, I was being more aware of the importance of state of mind and peacefulness, because yoga is about unity of mind and body. I became certified as a RYT-200 Yoga Instructor in 2016. Yoga stresses on both physical and mental wellness: It is a balance of yin and yang - strength and flexibility; as well as focus of breaths and control of mind. I have tapped into the world of yoga, and I have been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals.
