I started my yoga journey with Bahar 2-3 months ago with private lessons, and she has been a wonderful teacher so far. She is very attentive, and centers the experience and expectations of the student. Every week or two, we assess how my personal practice is going, and adjust the flow of the classes accordingly. Instead of just telling or demonstrating what to do, she remains in constant dialogue with me in order that I find what resonates with me in terms of movement, pace, and balance. Maram is one of the best Arabic teachers I've ever had the pleasure of studying with. Very intelligent, and is particularly good at anticipating the student's questions and interests. I am extremely pleased with the lessons Paula gaves. I feel extremely lucky to have met her and to be able to be taught by her. She is a very nice and kind person, very open and knows how to communicate well. She gives great advice, is really attentive, plays amazingly and every lesson with her is just pure joy. She really makes it easy and very understandable for everyone, even someone like me, who didn't know how to play violin at all.
