About Me

Hello! I'm Marta, a 24-year-old Master's student. I have a degree in Catalan and Spanish Philology, with experience as a C1 teacher of Valencian and Spanish for foreigners. In my classes I always try to adapt to the needs of the student, adapting the materials and exercises to what they tell me and what I value.

I have a degree in Catalan philology and a degree in Spanish: language and literature. In both careers I have specialized in literature. I also have the B2 of English from Pearson.

After many years overseas, both teaching and examining Spanish, I have returned to Spain and am available to share my extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of Spanish. I currently work as an Aviation, English and Spanish teacher in a school in Alicante where I have taught for some years.

My teaching approach is student-centred and communicative, where learning is a positive experience in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. All my students are encouraged to speak as much as possible to increase fluency. Professionalism, patience and a good sense of humour guaranteed!

All lesson materials are provided free of charge. I teach using a mixture of coursebook material , whiteboard presentations, listening activities, video clips and general speaking practice.
