I have also tutored teenagers around 10-15 years old and received very positive feedback from the family. Hello! My name is Zhilin. I am a Chinese who have lived outside home for five years. I am passionate about teaching Chinese and sharing Chinese cultures (and food) with friends from all over the world!

I came to Geneva more than one year ago and worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross. Now I am on an assignment for United Nations in Geneva.

I was the first place in Chinese College Entrance Examination (Gao Kao) in 2014 in my home city (7 million habitants). I had a top score in my Chinese examination as well.

During my study in Hong Kong, I tutored several MBA students who were ambitious in developing a career in China. I polished their speaking, listening, writing and reading. I tailor made my lessons according to their levels, learning experiences, needs and interests.

I was also a family tutor for an German-American secondary student with her writing and Chinese expressions. I blended article reading, dictate, video watching into my teaching and my student found it a lot of fun!

I have also helped several colleagues with zero Chinese knowledge from different backgrounds, to learn some survival Chinese before they travel to China!
