Everyone would describe me as an enthusiastic person, and I do have a very cheerful personality, and I’ll reflect this in my classes as a way to encourage you to express yourself in any of these languages and lose your fears. I love teaching my students and exposing them to diverse cultural aspects and also learning about other places with them.
I like to teach my students some standard English or Spanish content through writing and reading activities, but my favorite part is giving you access to conversational everyday language, so your vocabulary and other competencies can expand and you can become a fluent and confident speaker. I am here to personalize my teaching methods according to your learning style, expectations and goals. I was born in Havana, Cuba, then moved to Miami, USA at an early age so I speak both English and Spanish at native proficiency. I currently live in Cadiz, Spain, where I am completing my Master's degree in Hispanic Studies and I work as an English teacher. I am passionate about exchanging language and culture with people from all over the world. I have taught students of all levels and ages, from preschool to adult English classes for four years and I have a TEFL certificate.

BA in International Relations with a Minor in Education from Florida International University. I am currently completing my Master's degree in Hispanic Studies.

I am a French 21-year-old English literature student, specialized in Anglo-Saxon literature and film studies through a Bachelor degree in University College Dublin, in Ireland.
During these past years, I have analyzed in depth Anglo-Saxon literature in UCD, Ireland, surrounded by native English speakers and examined as such. Fluent in French and English, I also have an intermediary level in Spanish.
Dynamic and agreeable, I have cultivated an easiness for tutoring over the years, through homework assistance. Raised in a large family, I grew up surrounded by smaller ones and quickly took the habit to assist them in their homework. Since 2013, I regularly work as a childminder which includes homework assistance. I like to help all students who now need support in homeschooling with their tasks and cannot explain things to themselves without a teacher. I am also happy to help children with tutoring needs. It is important to me to work out a structure with the children so that they do not have to rely on my help in the long term, but learn how to deal with new, unknown and challenging tasks themselves and how to master them successfully, because this also increases motivation and the curiosity about new things, but above all the belief and trust in / in one's own abilities.
