Ciao everyone!
I am Dario and I am a licensed Italian Latin teacher. I studied Latin in high school and both in my Bachelor and Master at the University of Bologna, historically recognized as the best Italian university for Latin learning.
I am properly trained and experienced to tackle different learning needs.
Do you judge Latin the most boring subject on the planet and ask yourself why you need to take on that exam? I will make you discover the hidden beauty of this language and its many contacts with contemporary European idioms. Do you want to go deeper into a culture and literature that fascinates you, maybe earning some acquaintance with those weird but kinda familiar words? I will let you in the most fundamental historical, linguistic and cultural heritage for our European civilization.
I can teach in English and French - and of course Italian, my mother tongue :) - to get with you into the Ancient Latin World.

Acerca de mí

I am a young licensed Italian teacher living in Belgium. Teaching is my life goal and the grounding reason of my university studies. I see teaching as a partnership between the teacher and the student: both will be enriched by the process and will end up learning something. I like to use different approaches in my teaching activities and to tailor my teaching strategies on the person I study with.
I used to live in Northern Italy (Bologna, where I studied) but I am originally from the magic South (Monopoli, Puglia). Linguistics, literature, history and anthropology have been the main pillars of my courses of study.
My hobbies are music and basketball: I cannot imagine my life without them.

I am a cum-laude, international Master graduate with a Bachelor in literature from the University of Bologna, the most prestigious in Italy and one of the most ancient in the whole world. Plus, I possess the official diploma for teaching at Italian high schools. Ergo, I am ready to plan how with you to become "un Italiano vero", either through grammar study, literature explorations, informal conversations or a good mix of them all!
I am well equipped to gradually introduce you, step by step, to an all-Italian learning experience, through English, French and some words of Dutch too. Absolute beginners, intermediate ad advanced Italy lovers, feel free to get in touch!

Patiente mais dynamique, j'adapte les diverses méthodes pédagogiques préconisées en fonction de votre niveau et de votre âge. Mes diplômes antérieurs (arts du spectacle vivant et histoire de l'art) m'offrent de fournir un apprentissage complet mais avant tout diversifié. Très à l'écoute et attentive aux besoins et demandes de l'apprenant, je prône également l'apprentissage par l'amusement, ce qui me permet d'établir de bons contacts avec l'Autre, notamment les adolescents.

I am passionate dancer of Tango Argentin at Nosotros Tango Brussels. Since I was young I have been dancing couples' dances, and as soon as I could, I taught tennis, folk and salsa.
I give regular tango lessons, and I do not stop training myself even more, especially with the Maestros who come to our school and my teachers Sebastian Achaval and Roxana Suarez.

I'm an avid Argentina tango dance and teacher at Nosotros tango school. I've been dancing partner when I was 14, and I was teaching classes of tennis, salsa and folk from very early on. I give regular classes in tango, and continue to train my own dance with the teachers that come to my school and my own maestros Sebastian Achaval and Roxana Suarez.
