I graduated Physical Education (Bachelor and Master Degree). I am international certificated Tennis Coach, but Fitness or Personal Training takes a big part as well in my life. I want to share my passion to healthy lifestyle and progress my Students physical development. I am available to do training from home/online, outdoor or gym I am mainly focused on bodyweight exercises, but also can adapt the training to the client's needs

I will help tutor students at GCSE PE level in areas such as -training methods -bones and muscles -Pre-season, post season etc. I want to help students who have been in the same situation as me where you just really don't understand the complicated language used and the terminology. i plan to explain and project things much simpler for students to help then with greater understanding.
