I offer personalized English tutoring for students of all levels, from beginners learning the basics to advanced learners looking to improve fluency and confidence. I am a native English speaker and a university student studying International Studies and Political Science, with strong experience in writing, communication, and cross-cultural learning.

I have previous experience tutoring students and have worked with international learners who are studying English as a second language. Through this experience, I understand the challenges that come with learning a new language and focus on creating a supportive, patient, and engaging learning environment.

Lessons can include conversation practice, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary building, reading comprehension, and academic or professional writing. I tailor each lesson to the student’s specific goals—whether that is improving everyday communication, preparing for school or university work, or becoming more confident speaking English.

My goal is to help students feel comfortable practicing English while steadily improving their skills and confidence.

About Me

Hi! My name is Elisa, and I’m a native English speaker and university student from the United States currently studying abroad in Spain. I study International Studies and Political Science with a minor in Humanitarian Studies, and I’ve always had a strong passion for language, communication, and working with people from different cultures.

I have experience tutoring and working with students from different international backgrounds who are learning English as a second language. Through this experience, I’ve learned that every student learns differently, so I try to adapt my lessons to each person’s goals, level, and learning style.

As a teacher, I aim to create a relaxed and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable practicing and making mistakes. Learning a language can feel intimidating, so I focus on building confidence while improving conversation, grammar, pronunciation, and writing skills. I especially enjoy helping students become more comfortable speaking English in real-life situations.

I enjoy working with both younger students and adults, whether they want help with schoolwork, conversation practice, or improving their overall fluency. My goal is to make learning English engaging, supportive, and practical so students can use their skills confidently in everyday life.
