Über mich

I am an English Teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience. My teaching style is a traditional approach using worksheets, practice books, past exam papers and online materials. My students study towards IELTS, ISEB, 7+, 8+, 11+ School exams and Cambridge English exams. I also teach students General English skills like reading, creative writing, pronunciation and job search CV preparation. My students enjoy my classes and many of them have gone onto college or university.

IELTS is an exam that helps students access college or university. Many of my students score 7 and above for their final exam. What is the IELTS exam? Who should take the exam? What does the exam consist of? How do I score
a grade of 7 or above? I will help you identify your weakest skills and offer some guidance with materials and practice needed to improve your overall score.

I have a CELTA certificate (Certificate in Teaching English to Adults) and an MA in English Literature completed at Kingston University London. I also have an MA in Multilingual Communications from the ‘Université Libre de Bruxelles’ in Brussels and a BA in Modern Languages (English/Spanish).

I have been working as a teaching assistant and as a teacher of English and French as foreign languages since 2010 in various schools in both Luxembourg and London.
