EN: David, 30 years old, graduated from the Dutch-speaking Royal Conservatory of Brussels in Master in the class of Paul De Clerck and in Didactic Master with Great Distinction from the French-speaking Royal Conservatory of Brussels gives private lessons of violin and / or viola.

All levels accepted!

The teaching includes a little music theory so that the student can have the bases necessary to the understanding of a score, without this one taking too much place during the lessons.

The classes will take place at the student's home or at my home.

My work is focused on listening (what to hear, how to listen well), expression (producing sound, what do we want to "tell" with his instrument through a given music) and sensations (posture , how to hold your instrument well ...). It will be done through a varied repertoire of songs, according to the desires and needs of the student.

Learning music and the instrument requires, of course, to acquire a certain technique which requires time, but it is very important to always do it from the feelings of the student.
For me, music is linked to self-expression and well-being with your instrument.

Having traveled, played and met teachers and musicians from all walks of life, I like to share all these musical influences with my students, whatever their level.
My goal is to help students realize themselves and express themselves through music, whether they are beginners or more advanced.

Hello!

Currently studying at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels for a master's degree, I have been giving violin lessons for adults or children for more than 10 years, for beginners or with experience already in the instrument.

Regarding children, it is from 5-6 years old (variable depending on the student) that violin training begins. For the youngest we start first with musical awakening (from about 4 years old and this can vary too) to introduce them to this wonderful world.

As much with children as adults, my lessons are always centered on a muscle relaxation essential to the progress of the instrumentalist. This will bring the instrument more comfortable and with better results.

Always attentive and flexible in front of the student, it will be a pleasure to meet you.

I am a professional oboist with over 20 years of specialised music education in England, Germany, and Belgium and performing experience with some of the best orchestras in the world including the London Symphony Orchestra, Gurzenich Orchestra in Koln, and National Orchestra of Belgium.
I have experience teaching young children, teenagers, and adults as well as giving group lessons. I offer private one on one lessons either in my home or yours (and at the moment via webcam) with a focus on fun, musical fluency, gaining confidence in technique, and learning repertoire.

I offer piano lessons for beginners or experienced pianists (intermediate-advanced level)
Together we will address all facets of piano playing: touch, rhythmic accuracy, musicality, harmony... giving an important place to harmonic listening. We will study pieces from the classical repertoire, but also jazz, song, folk, pop.... We will work on the independence of both hands by taking crossroads such as clapping or improvisation: guaranteed pleasure ;)
Lessons can take place at my home or at the student's home, as long as the student lives in a place easily accessible by transport... A session lasts 50 to 55 minutes

I am a third-year student at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, but also a laureat of international competitions.
