Hi, I'm Valeria! I'm originally from Mexico and have spent many years living in Spain. With extensive experience as a language teacher, I've worked with students of all ages in schools, private tutoring, and online settings.
I tailor my classes to match each student's level and preferences, ensuring an engaging and personalized learning experience.
I have a master’s degree in Cognitive Science, specializing in Linguistics. Recently, I attended the Diverse Intelligence Summer Institute in Scotland as a storyteller. These experiences have equipped me with fascinating knowledge about cognition. We can have conversations around “minds” in humans, animals, and A.I.!
Additionally, I have over 10 years of experience as an actress and acting/dialect coach. We can incorporate some acting or play with accents in our classes.
I am deeply interested in discussing captivating subjects. What inspires awe in both the student and myself is intrinsically woven into the classes. Don’t worry if you’re a beginner; we take it step by step, making the process as enjoyable as possible.
