Narayan - Geneva36Fr
Trusted teacher: Mathematics course taught by engineering graduate who has more than 10 years of experience in teaching mathematics (up to undergraduate level), and more than 3 years of experience in teaching and guiding standardized tests (GRE and SAT). I will help you to learn standardized courses (GRE, SAT, and even TOEFL) more effectively. Mathematics lessons are available for the students up to Bachelor level which includes, Bachelor Students, IB (Math SL and Math HL) students, A level students, European S6 and S7 level students, GCSE students, and IGCSE students. Science (Physics and Chemistry) course is available for the students up to European upper secondary level, IB and A level. Science (Biology) lessons are available up for the students up to European Secondary level, GCSE level, and IGCSE level. Currently, I am teaching: 1. GCSE Students 2. IGCSE Students 3. IB students 4. European School Students 5. AS/A level students 6. Lycée Vauban students 7. Athénée de Luxembourg students Homework help will also be available for school students. Student's progress can be seen from the periodical tests in all of the above courses as per the requirements of parents or the student himself/herself. Please read the note. Note: 1. Though some of my students have a course in french/german/ Swedish, my teaching language is English. As the subject is mathematics, it is easy to figure out what is the task about (as I have a general knowledge of some language as well.) and hence I explain the answer in English.

Trusted teacher: Hello! I am a student in the last year of a Bachelor in life science at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne and I am offering to help understand the fascinating world of science! The scientific branches and particularly mathematics and physics can represent a challenge during the school learning of the pupil. Often, classical teaching methods may not be suitable for some students who, therefore, risk developing deficiencies in these branches, accompanied by demotivation and fears regarding these subjects. For me, this is regrettable and from my experience, I am convinced that an approach centered on the student and his specific needs allows to improve this perception and to increase the self-confidence of my students. In my courses, I propose to help pupils and students who do not feel comfortable or wish to improve themselves with these themes through three points of approach: - The explanation of the subject by restating the theory and by concentrating on the comprehension thanks to explanations, numerous examples as well as a simplification of the concepts difficult to comprehend. - Exercise assistance, which teaches methods of resolution that can allow students to feel more comfortable in front of statements and to increase their speed in dealing with specific cases. There is rarely only one method to understand and solve the exercises, if some are more effective than others, for me, it is especially important to find the one that will best suit the student's affinities. - Finally, I suggest going back to the basics necessary for understanding the subjects discussed in class. Sometimes, some students have gaps at this level, which hinders the learning of current subjects. By paying particular attention to this point, the support is adapted in the long term so that the pupil can then apprehend the new subjects without experiencing comprehension problems due to basic knowledge not acquired or insufficiently mastered. My level also allows me to help first-year students and future students wishing to integrate a course containing basic sciences such as those of EPFL. Do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, I would answer you with great pleasure!

Trusted teacher: Bonjour! It is my pleasure to introduce myself. I am a 2nd-year student at the University of Geneva, studying Biology. I have completed IGCSE and IB (International Baccalaureate) programs, and have completed 1.5 years of Medical Studies at UniGe. Concerning the lessons, I will go over the desired topic in advance, and pull out the most essential information to ensure understanding of the topic, exam preparations and lesson support, and I will also give advice on future studying methods. I am convinced that it is more important to understand well the whole concept, rather than to blindly learn something by heart. I can also help the international students in Geneva, also those doing IB and future or current university students. I can give lessons in English and French, as well as Russian (my mother-tongue).

Tuition Math - Physics - Chemistry - Biology (San Diego)
I found Dr. Ralf to be a wonderful Teacher. The things that he taught me through online helped me a great deal in this class as well as in statistic level. Because of the help and attention that He provided me with, I understand and enjoy Statistics. The class was great in that he didn’t just give the answers away – he made me THINK. This was sort of frustrating, but it helped me understand the material much better. I would recommend him as a Teacher for future classes, without a doubt.

Tuition in Math and Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), Mathematical Part( GRE and SAT) (Luxembourg)
Narayan is a really good teacher. I urgently needed someone to teach me physics for two different medical school entrance exams. He was able to do it very fast and well. Every lesson started with him explaining a specific concept, and then he gave me practice questions to ensure that I was confident in solving them. Additionally, after every lesson, he shared his notes with me to study from them later on. I truly feel confident and prepared for my exams. Thank you so much!!
