I am a professional opera singer, offering remote singing lessons over Skype/Zoom/FaceTime. I have over 10 years experience and have performed internationally and have experience in various areas of the industry. Whether you are completely new to singing or wish to further enhance your skills, I can cater lessons to suit your needs. Lessons will be flexible to suit each student and what they wish to obtain from singing tuition- remember these are your lessons! I can offer technical advice, repertoire guidance, tips for performing, sight-singing and aural practice and ways to keep your voice happy and healthy. I mostly teach classical technique, but am also able to provide guidance with musical theatre and other genres. Lessons are available for all ages, whether you want to sing for fun or to prepare for an exam or upcoming performance. Whatever your reason for wanting to take singing lessons, I can use my wealth of experience in performing and teaching to help you achieve your goals. I love helping students discover their voice and explore singing in an enjoyable, safe and supportive environment. Every lesson will be tailored to what YOU want to achieve. In our time together we can focus on breath control, basic singing technique, learning how your voice works, performance skills, fun vocal exercises and gaining confidence in singing the music you love. My goal is that by the end of each lesson you feel more confident and inspired to explore your voice and enjoy singing and using your voice either on your own or with others. I have extensive experience performing and teaching in multiple genres, particularly opera, classical music and musical theatre. Lessons would be online via Zoom/Skype/Facetime and will be flexible and interactive. I will provide you with feedback during the lesson and will provide you with the tools to practice and continue to improve in your own time as well. I believe our voices are an incredible gift and singing is a fantastic way to use our voices, either on our own or to share with others. I am passionate about helping people become more confident in using their voice and feeling comfortable with singing.
