YOGA for everybody, learning to know your alignment and conscience of your body and mind with technical, timer and sequence. It combines postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama) and the use of props (blankets, chairs, blocks and straps). It aims to develop strength, mobility and stability.

Years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that led me to approach yoga and other beautiful holistic disciplines such as astrology, tarot and Bach flowers, with the desire to better understand the functioning of the human being, both on a physical level and - above all - emotionally. Over time, I've learned to listen to my body's message and have come to understand that behind many illnesses lies a deep disconnection from oneself and a lack of self-care tools.
