About Me
I am Vlad, a dedicated trumpet player and teacher with a deep love for music and sharing it with others. I began studying classical trumpet at age 7 in Ukraine, completed music school, and earned my Bachelor's in Classical Music there. I then moved to Belgium to pursue jazz, earning a Bachelor's in Jazz from the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel (Royal Conservatory of Brussels). Currently, I am continuing my studies as a Master's student in Jazz Trumpet at the same prestigious conservatory.

With 16 years of trumpet experience—including 5 years actively performing professionally on the scene in jazz, groove, and pop projects—I bring both strong classical technique and creative, modern approaches to my teaching. I have been teaching independently for 4 years now (plus 1 year at a private music school in Blankenberge), and nothing brings me more joy than seeing my students progress, gain confidence, discover their sound, and fall in love with playing the trumpet.

I love adapting lessons to each student's goals—whether you're a complete beginner, preparing for auditions/exams, exploring improvisation, or just wanting to play for fun. Let's make music together in a supportive, motivating environment!
