I propose a traditional Hatha Yoga class. There are two possibilities: either a group class in my studio or a private class at your home. Each class ends with relaxation with Tibetan bowls sounds. Wednesday at 14h is a special Yoga Family Course (parents-children)

We start with a short meditation, then the themes plus practical exercises are discussed and we conclude with a yoga session. Participate in a five-part program with the themes.
self-knowledge and self-care: Get to know yourself better and discover more of what you really want and do. This simplifies contact with yourself. More conscious life makes you discover what you need to function efficiently and healthily.
self-confidence: Discover more about what you like doing PLUS what you are good at. Learn from yourself to develop a positive outlook on your life. Knowing what you need to make yourself more active is a matter of constantly doing, experimenting and pushing boundaries.
just be yourself: Practice looking at yourself honestly and accepting who you are. What can all be? Learn to take a step towards letting go of prejudices and beliefs. Discover more about your authentic self. Practice daring with yourself.
work-life balance: Learn that it is about balancing, continue to do a continuous activity, keep discovering and keep correcting. Perfectionism ... can it be anything less? What is important, more important and most important. Discover more about your energy level and your limits.
less for more: Speaking of energy: Discover more about minimizing: making choices and letting go. Get to know your resilience: you can act versus react to a relapse or setback. Play more and do not take things too seriously. Sustainable life or stay with yourself and maintain yourself (self-knowledge, self-confidence, being yourself, self-care).

The purpose of the course is to awaken those who are not yet aware of their own energies and that of others and to offer new tools to those who are already awake while providing easy ways for all to be made good, stimulate our health and possibly awaken to new perceptions.
Awakening to energies consists in discovering the feeling of energies through a simple & powerful hands exercise, sharing theoretical information in order to prepare for advanced exercises and to do meditation. Once aware of the feeling, use it in the more advanced exercises to balance our energies and strengthen them so that they stay in this balance as long as possible.
Depending on the sensitivity of the participant, several exercises will be proposed. An exercise allows to work directly on the physical body, another work on the energetic channel to stimulate intuition and clarity in our perceptions, yet another will work directly on the two hemispheres of the brain & corpus callosum in order to thin their activities as well physically and energetically. Finally work on some energy centers to stimulate the flow of energy and amplify the defenses and protections that are in us but that our daily life tends to decline.
In one session, I will share as much information as you can, tips and tricks and if the need is felt, other sessions can be programmed, either to clarify, to go further or to tackle other more subtle themes or staff in which the basic session is not intended to venture.
To give you some information on my career in energy, I followed many lessons on meditation, followed the professional training of Kinesiology at the IBK, followed the teachings of Luc Dufresne on the implementation of the 'tree of life (among others), was formed by Dr. Mokhtar Mourabit to inference (among others) and acquired quite a few other therapeutic techniques that came to reinforce my knowledge and awareness of myself and others.

SilviaYOGA CLASS CONSCIENCE AND ALIGNMENT BASE OF HATA YOGA
YOGA for everybody, learning to know your alignment and conscience of your body and mind with technical, timer and sequence. It combines postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama) and the use of props (blankets, chairs, blocks and straps). It aims to develop strength, mobility and stability.
