Hello.

I am a Pilates nerd and 2nd generation teacher through Jay Grimes (student of Joseph Pilates). I first came into contact with the method in 1998 and Joe's spirit has accompanied me in my daily life ever since. I have been training Pilates teachers since 2004 and have had my own studio in Berlin (Core Pilates) since 2008. Since I met Jay Grimes for the first time in 2014, I have been experiencing a second spring in my work. :-) There is so much to learn and share about the work of Joseph Pilates that I never tire of teaching this lifestyle. It gives me particular pleasure to see how the Pilates Method (originally Contrology) can help people in their daily lives to achieve all of their goals.
