About Me
For the past 10 years in physical practice and mindfulness I gained huge background about body and mind. I did a lot of experiments on my body and always observed my mind. And eventually I found the true way of life, health , happiness, self development, strength, flexibility, inner peace and balance.I am certificated yoga teacher registered in Yoga Alliance international. I have 6 years of teaching experience. My classes are always challenging, not only physically but also mentally. Working with a group of students in different levels I learned to organize effective practice for each and everyone. Also I teach physiotherapy classes for those who have back problems, muscle tension, breathing issues and etc. I am always exited to share my experience and knowledge to help people be happy and healthy.

Transcendental Embodiment (TE) is the result of three years of research and development. Merging from a movement philosophy research entitled Behind & Beyond, to its phenomenological understanding.
