In the beginning session(s), I work with you to determine your level of expertise and comfortability with the language, pinpointing areas that may need extra attention. Together, we would go through the rules, structure, and other aspects of the English language that you should be aware of, assessing your knowledge through interactive activities geared toward topics that interest you. In our meetings, my intention is to help you improve your communication skills by strengthening areas of weakness, whether in vocabulary and grammar, verbal/reading comprehension, holding conversations, pronunciation, or any other area you hope to work on. At the end of each session, I like to provide valuable feedback about your progress and assign helpful practice work to enhance your understanding of the practical and theoretical aspects of the English language.

Through these one-on-one sessions, my priority is to keep it engaging and stimulating, tailoring the classes to you and your preferences!

Hello! My name is Vanessa, and I am a 21-year-old English tutor from Canada. I am enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate about teaching and sharing my knowledge with others.
