I'm a Sivananda Classical Hatha Yoga instructor and teach all levels, beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. Currently teaching back in studio gym/leisure centers or privately online. A typical open level class includes Relaxation, Pranayama (breathing exercises), warm-ups including Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), Single & Double leg raises, 12 Basic asanas (postures), and final deep relaxation. The focus is on mastering the basic asanas from which variations are then added to further deepen the practice. The asanas follow an order that allows for the systematic movement of every major part of the body in a balanced way that enhances prana or life force energy, keeping the mind quiet and without the need to think beyond each individual pose. I also teach chair yoga which will be different from the above class description but still includes relaxation, breathing exercises and simpler chair-based yoga.

I am English tutor with over 5 years experience. I grew up and studied in France, where I began tutoring as a student, for primary school children and other students. In 2015, I completed a CELTA (Certificate of English Language Teaching for Adults), and then teaching qualifications to work in the French public school system. I taught English full-time in a secondary school in France, before moving to London in 2018, where I have mainly been helping students to prepare for language exams such as IELTS and TOEFL. My main specialism is womenswear and youth-market fashion, especially trend-led product for teenage to young adult customers. I can also support projects across girlswear, boyswear, menswear and swimwear, helping you understand how design changes depending on age range, customer, fit, fabric, price point and brand direction. Trombone lessons are focused on working at basic techniques along with carefully selected repertoire in accordance with students’ aims and preferences. In his teaching, Konstantin specializes mainly in classical trombone repertoire, and could also give a piece of advice about jazz and commercial playing. To get the most out of studying with Konstantin it is recommended not only to practice the instrument and to attend lessons consistently but also to be a real fan of trombone and orchestral music. It is a highly-rewarding process, and the more one invests in their education, the more joy they obtain from listening to music and playing the trombone.

Music Composition is an invaluable practice, that requires both technical skills and creative aptitude. In my classes, we will focus on establishing, building on and fine-tuning both these areas whatever level you're at. We'll tackle each angle of music theory (melody, harmony, rhythm, arrangement, etc) as well as looking at the histories of musical composition in both the Western musical canon and beyond.
