My name is Ignasi, and I can help you to improve your piano/music skills. With more than 4 years of experience teaching piano and solfege to children and adults, efficiency and perseverance are both very important in this amazing world of music.

I graduated in Barcelona and now I’m getting my Master diploma at Ferenc Liszt Music Academy in Budapest. I can teach for all levels and ages of piano students.

The methodology is flexible and personalised to your necessities, interests and possibilities. You can focus on classical pieces but it is also possible to learn jazz or modern music. I can also prepare you for ABRSM examinations.

My name is Ignasi, I am 23 years old and I started playing piano since I was 4 years old. Piano and music are the most important thing in my life and that’s the reason because I love to teach and communicate with music and sounds.
It’s very important for me to find a balance in the lessons between hard work and having fun together discovering new sounds, rhythms and melodies.

Education

- Elementary Musical Education at Escolania de Montserrat (one of top’s european children choirs).
- Bachelor Degree in Piano Music Performing Arts (ESMUC, Barcelona)
- Currently cursing the Piano Master Degree at Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music (Budapest)

Expérience / Qualifications

Priced in numerous piano competitions, Ignasi has performed around Europe and also has participated in important music festivals as Virtuoso and Belcanto (Italy) BISMA Academy (Poland) and Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival (Germany). He also attended Masterclasses with some of most important current piano teachers as Claudio Martinez Menher, Vladimir Obvchinnikov, Elisabeth Leonskaja and Vladimir Viardo.

I graduated as a pianist from the Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest, Hungary, and completed my doctorate there in 2023.
I have been playing the piano for 25 years and have extensive experience both as a concert pianist and as a teacher.
In my lessons, you will not only learn how to play, but also how to truly understand the music.
I teach students of all ages and levels.

I have been playing the guitar for 14 years, and the piano for 10 years, vocal training for 9 years. I'm very flexible and I have a lot to give so I provide a lot of practice sessions and tablature starting from our first lesson.

Regardless of your level of knowledge and age, I welcome applications from those who feel enthusiastic about learning music, be it an elementary school child, an enthusiastic newbie, or a dedicated adult who is just starting out in music. I also go home to teach on demand, but I also welcome students in the 12th district on a beautiful, renovated Bösendorfer piano.

My lessons are practice-oriented, in which musical skills development exercises, learning new works and creating one's own repertoire, improvisation exercises, and the establishment of the necessary theoretical / formal background are included.

For all my students, I think it’s important that at the beginning of our work together, we find, first and foremost, the path that makes music learning a rewarding, successful process.

I myself am currently primarily working as a concert organist and a doctoral student at the Academy of Music, Budapest. I graduated from the Liszt Academy Budapest and the Paris Conservatoire. I lived in Japan for a year, during which time I was able to fill the position of resident organist at the Kitara Concert Hall in Sapporo. My first solo album was released in 2020. In 2021, I won the First Prize and the Audience Prize at the 13th International Organ Competition in Toulouse, France. I regularly participate as a soloist in domestic and international symphony orchestras and choirs.

I really like teaching and dealing with people. During my more than a decade of teaching experience, I have been able to meet a wide variety of students from the age of 6 to the age of 70. I have very good memories of all my students. I lived in Paris for two years, a year in Japan, during which I was able to gain serious insight into the education systems of both countries. Building on my studies at home, my international experience has had a decisive impact on me and has shown me many new directions in music teaching.

I am currently in my first year of graduate studies at the University of Veterinary Medicine in Budapest and a former student at the Conservatory of Lausanne. I am available to give piano lessons to your child during the weekends. My objective will be to teach him/her the basic elements (piano notes, as well as some scales), but also to teach him/her to play some songs on the piano.

Hello, I am an internationally performing pianist, graduated in 2022 with Artist Diploma (Diplôme Supérieur de Concertiste)) from the prestigious École Normale in Paris.
I am currently enjoying an international career recorded 3 CDs with the prestigious label Warner Classics.
My class of classical piano music is designated to people of all levels and all ages: from a very beginner to highly advanced, Master's degree level.
I do care a lot for your personal motivation to learn the piano: the lesson will be tailored to suit your specific desire and need in oder to progress your instrumental capacity and to enrich your musical culture and knowledge.
Each lesson will be followed by a 15 minutes theory lesson that will allow you to continue your musical development even when working alone.
