Cello lessons for all ages in NL and ENG. (Also online)Translate this text using Google Translate.

Do you feel like playing the most beautiful instrument in the world? Then you are always welcome in my cello lessons! Cello is a voice of different sounds. It has soft and dark sounds, but also playful and cheerful melodies. Do you want to play beautiful emotional songs from well-known contemporary pop music or are you a fan of classical works such as Bach? Everything is possible! Hello, I'm Merel! I am a professional cellist and I obtained my Master Cello with Geert De Bièvre at LUCA School of Arts in Leuven. Cello is my great passion with which I bring music to life! I also went on Erasmus and studied in Graz in Austria with Tobias Stosiek. Because I am very eager to learn, I regularly take master classes with well-known cellists such as: Maria Kliegel, Johannes Krebs and Johannes Moser. I give private cello lessons to young people and adults with great enthusiasm. I will teach you the complete cello learning package where I teach you to read and play notes. Do you have a specific goal in mind or would you like to learn a specific job? Then we work together towards your goal. The most important thing is that you have fun and enjoy the music you make! You can determine the number of lessons yourself. Would you like a lesson every week or every two weeks, that can all be discussed. That's the advantage of private lessons!

I’m a classical pianist who graduated in 2021 at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels in the class of Jan Michiels. Next to the private students I had, I also gained experience in teaching at the Muziekacademie of Zaventem where I was piano teacher during my studies. I give private lessons at my home in Meise on a grand yamaha piano. It’s also possible to give lesson on location (+ extra charge) or online lessons. I recommend lessons of 1 hour or more, but a short lesson of 30 minutes would also be possible (for beginners). The lessons are given in Dutch, French or English. Personalised Turkish lessons for real-world communicationTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Personalised Turkish lessons for real-world communicationTranslate this text using Google Translate.

I offer personalised Turkish language lessons for English and French speakers, as well as for native Turkish speakers who want to refine their language skills. I have over 15 years of experience teaching languages to learners of all ages and levels, from complete beginners to advanced users. My background is in English–French–Turkish translation and interpretation, and I am also a published literary translator. This means I work with language at a very precise level, focusing not only on grammar and vocabulary, but also on meaning, tone, and cultural nuance. I help students understand how Turkish actually works in real life, not just how it appears in textbooks. Lessons are adapted to your goals. This can include everyday conversation, academic or professional Turkish, writing skills, pronunciation, or stylistic refinement. For native speakers, I offer support with advanced writing, clarity, expression, and register, drawing on my experience as a communications specialist working in international and multilingual environments. My teaching style is structured but flexible. I focus on clear explanations, practical usage, and building confidence. Whether you are learning Turkish for personal interest, professional reasons, or to reconnect with the language at a deeper level, lessons are tailored to your pace and needs.

Mathematics Tutoring for Elementary and High School studentsTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Mathematics Tutoring for Elementary and High School studentsTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Currently I am doing my Masters in Semiconductors and Microelectronics, and I have already obtained a MS in General Physics from Universite Paris-Saclay. During my high-school I was an Olympiad math competitor and I was regularly representing my country in international competitions. I studied at a specialized math school, and I am very used to giving lectures and math classes. I have taught at an elementary school, and my approach to teaching is giving time to my students to work through problems, discussing with them how to tackle them, and generally instilling courage and confidence in their abilities. Too many times I have seen children which are good at thinking, but feel intimated by math, mainly due to the formal nature in which it is taught in high school. I try to break that by giving analogies when explaining concepts and supporting students while they solve problems, instead of showing them solutions and teaching them rote methods. I love to work with both advanced students, to whom I give more advanced problems, challenging them but also guiding them, and with students who are struggling, because I believe they are indeed capable, but maybe missing confidence, or have been scared from the subject through experience. I come from a family of teachers - my grandmother is a Math teacher (still working at the age of 77!), and my mother is an English teacher. Thus, one could say that teaching is part of my family. ;)

Makeup Coaching | a.k.a. Makeup For Yourself Workshop | One-on-one Lesson For Beginners And Not OnlyTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Makeup Coaching | a.k.a. Makeup For Yourself Workshop | One-on-one Lesson For Beginners And Not OnlyTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Bestseller! - In-depth makeup consultation that lasts 1.5-2 hours (sometimes even more) - No division on day/evening makeup - this is about all makeup in your life. Be it for selfies, for performances, for work, etc. - The makeup scheme is based on the products you already have. Minimum pressure to buy something additional (compared to such lessons anywhere else) FAQ Is online format effective in makeup coaching? Absolutely! I dare say online is even more effective, as it requires a little more active involvement from the trainee side. You receive tons of exclusive personalized PDF notes, including photos of yourself with highlights on where to apply specific products. So, you won't forget anything. Some lack of trying out all my cosmetics together is not significant, because the primary goal of coaching is to learn application skills. This can be done using any basic kit. How many products should I have for an online coach session? If you have 5-8 products and a few brushes, you most likely have all you need for learning. Reach out to me to see if your kit is enough! Should I buy any products before coaching? Please consult with me before buying anything! The idea of coaching is that I analyze your needs and adjust your current makeup routine so that it works for you better. So, it is more about a deep conversation and building your skills rather than a whole cosmetics market exploration. It's nearly always better to buy something after a consultation (unless you have no cosmetics). What if I have no cosmetics but want to meet online? There are a few options.First, we find out what cosmetics work in your situation. Then you get some of these products, and we call the second time to learn how to use them. Alternatively, you could have me purchase a basic kit for you. A higher fee applies, but this is ideal if the session is a gift for someone with no cosmetics yet. If you have a lot of cosmetics and want to learn how to use it, check out my makeup bag consultation! If you don't have a lot of cosmetics and don't want to buy unnecessary items, check out my shopping trips!
