Currently I am doing my Masters in Semiconductors and Microelectronics, and I have already obtained a MS in General Physics from Universite Paris-Saclay. During my high-school I was an Olympiad math competitor and I was regularly representing my country in international competitions. I studied at a specialized math school, and I am very used to giving lectures and math classes. I have taught at an elementary school, and my approach to teaching is giving time to my students to work through problems, discussing with them how to tackle them, and generally instilling courage and confidence in their abilities. Too many times I have seen children which are good at thinking, but feel intimated by math, mainly due to the formal nature in which it is taught in high school. I try to break that by giving analogies when explaining concepts and supporting students while they solve problems, instead of showing them solutions and teaching them rote methods.
