Mon objectif est de transmettre le plaisir de la musique tout en développant une base technique solide et une vraie confiance dans le jeu. J’accompagne chaque élève à son rythme, dans une атмосphère positive et encourageante.

À propos de moi :
Je suis enseignante qualifiée, titulaire d’un Master en pédagogie musicale obtenu en 2025 à la Haute école des arts de Berne (HKB). Depuis 2020, j’enseigne le violon à des enfants, adolescents et adultes, du niveau débutant au niveau avancé.

Je propose un enseignement structuré et personnalisé, basé sur les méthodes pédagogiques suisses, en mettant l’accent sur la régularité du travail, la motivation et le plaisir de jouer. Je peux également soutenir les élèves qui souhaitent explorer différents styles musicaux, comme la musique classique, pop, rock ou jazz.

I think it's important for children that flute lessons are also music education. For beginners, we get to know the breathing technique through creative games, the "blow competition" with crumpled paper balls is particularly popular. We learn the rhythms with claps and rhymes, but I often explain the bar structure by assembling Lego blocks. I show musicality and technique accompanied by songs, improvisation, playing the flute or piano together. You don't even notice, you're so good at it that you can give your family your own concert. The course begins with tuning to strengthen the musical ear.
Depending on the level, a scale is offered or simply a rhythm or note game to strengthen memory.

💡 I like to approach music as a language. Just as we learn to speak by first listening,
understanding, recognizing, and imitating words before learning to read and write them, I
believe that musical learning should follow a similar path. That’s why I place strong
emphasis on aural development, listening, and internalizing sound before focusing on
notation.

💡 My teaching is based on experience, intuition, and exploration. I aim to create a space where
each student feels free to play, discover, and express themselves, encouraging them to
follow their own curiosity and find personal meaning in music.

This course is aimed at beginner and intermediate students of classical violin, jazz and contemporary music.

For beginner students:
We cover technical elements such as violin and bow positioning and holding, bow movement, left-hand placement, scales, and positions. We also work on developing ear training and rhythm. We may also introduce basic music theory concepts, such as reading notes.
Finally, we work on learning pieces, according to the student's desires and musical styles.

For intermediate students, here are different approaches depending on their musical styles and desires.

For jazz and improvised music: scales or arpeggios that can be played on a given chord, modes and their use, rhythm, improvisation exercises, phrasing (swing, Latin, funk, etc.), learning jazz standards, how to amplify on stage, etc.

For classical music: scales and arpeggios, technical exercises for the left and right hand, how to put together a piece, musicality and interpretation.
