I offer Beginner to Intermediate Piano/Keyboard, Ableton Live, and Music Theory lessons for students of all age groups, conducted either at your home or remotely.

With a Bachelor of Music in Percussion Performance and Composition from the New Zealand School of Music (Victoria University of Wellington) and a DipABRSM in Piano, I bring over 15 years of experience as a professional musician in both classical and electronic music. My performance credits include collaborations with Shackleton, Strike Percussion, New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, and Orchestra Wellington, as well as appearances at renowned festivals such as Berlin Atonal and Flow Festival.
What I Teach:

- Piano/Keyboard: From absolute beginners to experienced players seeking deeper musical expression, or for those learning piano as part of music production or purely for personal enjoyment.
- Ableton Live: Master the essentials of creating tracks, synth basics, and audio editing/mixing.
- Music Theory: Develop a solid foundation to support your musical journey.

I also have extensive experience teaching children aged 5–18 through educational outreach programmes with Strike Percussion across New Zealand.

Classes are available in English or Japanese and are tailored to suit your individual learning style and goals. Whether you're looking to start your musical journey, expand your skills, or enrich your life through music, I am here to guide you every step of the way.

In 2020 I finished my master's in Music Therapy in Germany. At the end of my studies, I did my research on online music playing and wrote my thesis on music interaction through online platforms which gave me a great deal of experience when it comes to online teaching. In my online lesson, I use several cameras from several angles to give the student the chance to see what I am doing.
My lessons (Live and Online) are fun and very beneficial, and all my students showed fast progress

I am an electronic music producer, sound designer & Instrument Designer with a master's degree in sound arts.

The lessons will be tailored to your needs specifically, Whether it's a basic introduction to Ableton Live or Audio signal processing basics, understanding Synthesizer and FX from the core up, starting your first song or just simply some advanced Ableton sound design & Music Production technics from your favourite music genre.

My name is Sara and I'm a classical pianist and piano teacher. I have been a pianist for about 15 years and started teaching it a while ago as well. I offer lessons in 3 different languages ( English, Arabic and German) for both beginner and intermediate levels.

I believe music should be enjoyed and comfortably played, allowing people to both connect with it and understand while challenging them to express themselves in new and different ways. Music lessons are fun and will be set to make the student confident and comfortable in their playing. If any student needs extra time or space to feel secure and safe, I will offer as much understanding and security as I can.
Trust is my number one motto, if for any reason a student feels pressured or uncomfortable they can come and talk to me directly and we shall figure out a way to make music learning fun and enjoyable for them.

I'd like to think of myself as someone who truly enjoys making a good change in the world and who tries to offer the best possible experience when getting to know the instrument and how to play it and I hope you find the trust in me to sign up for my class!
