About Me

I am a Berlin-based professional oboist and music educator with over a decade of formal training in classical music. With a background that spans from conservatory education to performing in symphonic orchestras, I bring a deep, disciplined understanding of music to my teaching. My teaching philosophy is built on creating a supportive and welcoming environment where students of all ages and skill levels can thrive. I believe music should be both a technical craft and a form of personal expression. Whether you are a beginner picking up an instrument for the first time or an advanced student looking to refine your performance technique, I adapt my methods to meet your individual goals and interests. My diverse musical background, which also includes electronic music and creative direction, allows me to offer a unique and modern perspective on music education.

I am an experienced and enthusiastic guitar tutor from Leeds, England, living in Berlin. I have a bachelor’s degree in jazz guitar from Leeds College of Music although I also play and teach rock, pop, funk, folk, and indie music.

This is perfect for teenagers or adults who want to learn but aren't interested in learning classical pieces. I only offer 1 / 1,5 / 2-hour sessions to give us plenty of time to work on the techniques, and, ideally, play a whole song during a single session.

Hello! my name is Sarah. I have a certificate in Classical Piano Performance. I have years of experience in teaching music in different languages (Arabic, English, German and French).
In 2020 I finished my master's in Music Therapy in Germany. As a classically trained violinist with orchestral experience across Europe, I offer structured yet flexible lessons that combine solid technical foundations with musical expressiveness.
