Originally from Turkey and now based in Brussels, I bring a unique perspective to yoga through my background in marketing, international affairs, and corporate consulting. My experiences inspired me to make wellness practices accessible to people from all walks of life.
I’m here to guide you through yoga, meditation, and life’s twists and turns. Whether it’s building strength and balance on the mat, finding calm through mindfulness, or navigating personal challenges with life coaching, I offer a supportive, no-judgment space to help you grow, heal, and thrive. My goal? To make wellness accessible, practical, and empowering for everyone.

Education

I began my journey with a strong academic foundation, earning two master’s degrees—one in International Affairs and Conflict Resolution, the other in Business Management. This path equipped me with analytical skills and a deep understanding of human dynamics. Later, I turned my focus inward, pursuing a 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training and specialized Ashtanga training, along with countless hours of continued education in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.

Beyond formal training, life itself has been my greatest teacher. The highs and lows, years of therapy and moments of deep self-reflection have shaped my perspective and approach. These experiences allow me to offer guidance that blends knowledge, empathy, and real-world understanding.

I have practiced yoga for the past 4 years where I discovered it in Barcelona as I had a broken jaw injury and I couldn’t imagine my life without it. I offer an individual or group Hatha Yoga Sivananda class (maximum 5 people) I trained at the Sivananda Ashram in Orléans during a one-month immersive training course certified by Yoga Alliance. The complete session lasts 1h30 and consists of breathing exercises (pranayama), postures (asanas) as well as relaxation interludes (savasanas) throughout the practice.
