Trusted teacher: Do you want to improve your dancing or fitness in an inclusive, fun environment whilst excelling your expectations or goals with a kind, enthusiastic and nurturing tutor? Then look no further! I can provide you with dance and/ or fitness lessons as a specialist inclusive tutor who teaches individuals with disabilities (both mental and physical), people with health conditions, neurodiverse people and non- disabled people. Contact me today if you would like: - To learn dance as a beginner ( I teach a broad variety of dance styles, specialising in inclusive contemporary, inclusive ballet, tap/ or percussive movement, social dance styles and dance fitness) - OR if you would like improve your dance technique or performance skills as a more experienced dancer - OR if you would like to improve your fitness levels with a qualified Personal Trainer ( I offer Personal Training Sessions for beginners - athletes, specialising in bodyweight training , strength training, Pilates, stretching and conditioning for dancers) Classes can be shorter or longer on request, in line with my inclusive ethos- rates can occasionally be altered for certain individuals who would require this to access my classes ( such as those who are unemployed, students, new graduates, freelance workers and those of retirement age) - please enquire for further information.
