Soprano, professor of operatic singing and vocal technique. Diploma in Singing, Bachelor's degree in Musicology. Specializing in: breath control, posture, and movementTranslate this text using Google Translate.

I am Adeline Dumont Andreas, a classical singing teacher for over 20 years. After working for 17 years in Munich, Germany, I returned to France in 2023. Since 2024, I have been offering private classical singing lessons in Paris in the 9th arrondissement. The courses are aimed at beginners, singers in training, conservatory students and experienced singers. My work focuses particularly on the singer's breath, posture, and movement. My specialization lies in breathing and posture techniques developed under the tutelage of phoniatrist Nicole Charpy. I have also trained in the Feldenkrais Method. My journey has been built around singing, music and physical work. From the age of 7, I studied piano and classical dance. At 16, I began singing and continued my training at several conservatories, notably in Troyes, Paris, and Cachan, where I completed my studies with a Diploma of Musical Studies (DEM). Simultaneously, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Musicology from the Sorbonne. Richard Miller's teaching, as passed down by Olivier de Tournemire, profoundly influenced my approach to vocal technique. I also furthered my studies with sopranos Christine Schweitzer and Sylvia Greenberg. I am also interested in positive psychology and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), which I integrate into my teaching. As a singer, I participated in the creation of two chamber operas in Paris. I then joined the Camerata Baroque as a soloist and chorister, performing several opera and operetta roles and appearing in numerous classical and baroque music concerts. I have also sung with several renowned ensembles and at several festivals. In 2004, a temporary teaching position led me to discover the world of vocal coaching, a vocation I chose to pursue. Living in Munich from 2006 to 2023, I taught at the Munich Adult Education Center (Münchner Volkshochschule) and the Munich Music Institute (Münchner Musikinstitut Genima), gave private lessons, and collaborated with the Franco-German Choir of Munich. I also maintained a regular concert schedule, performing in recitals and at cultural events. Now based in Paris, I continue my teaching activities while developing new musical projects. Spoken languages : French, English, German: fluent Italian, Spanish: level A1/A2

Lyric singing lessons in Paris (opera, operetta, melody, lied, oratorio)Translate this text using Google Translate.

My teacher's credo As an opera singer, I have had the opportunity to perform on international stages while continuing to teach, which is a true vocation for me. In vocal pedagogy, I believe that each student is the bearer of a unique instrument: their voice. This is why it is essential to adapt teaching and methodological tools to the individuality of each student. This approach allows me to conduct my classes in a variety of ways, choosing the most relevant vocal exercises or repertoire pieces to reveal the individual potential of each voice. My technique is based on: * in-depth breathing exercises, * awareness of the whole body as an instrument, * understanding the biological principles of breathing and its artistic role, * the development of a free and resonant vocal emission. My main objectives are to: * maintain a feeling of high vocal position, awareness of resonant cavities in singing, * work on the purity and continuity of vowels (legato), work on diction (Italian, German, French, etc.) * gradually develop the tessitura, * harmonize and balance the different vocal registers. Finally, I place great importance on the student's personal development. Building a voice also means supporting an artistic personality: this involves guiding each student toward a repertoire adapted to their stage of vocal development, while nurturing their sensitivity and self-confidence.

Unleash your vocal potential with an innovative method! Breath work, breathing exercises, and posture work to release tension and allow you to sing more freely - Choice of repertoire and pieces based on your preferences and our progress objectives! - Work on your stage presence and your interpretation to express yourself in the best possible way! - Work on phonation and diction I trained as a pianist from the age of 5 and then as an opera singer, I discovered opera and fell in love with it! I decided to settle in Italy, the cradle of singing, and graduated with a Master's degree from the Florence Conservatory. I then secured soloist contracts in various opera houses across Europe, including the Teatro Verdi (Florence) and Teatro Pavarotti (Modena) in Italy, the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium and the Seville Opera House in Spain, the Sofia National Opera (Bulgaria), and others. In parallel, I am training to be a stage director; I have worked in particular at the Paris National Opera and the Madrid Opera. I had the pleasure of accompanying my students in preparing for their auditions for the Maîtrise de l'Opéra comique, the Conservatoire national de Lyon, the Berlin Opera etc... They succeeded!
