Active Age is a mindful movement practice designed to support mobility, balance, body awareness and functional strength as we move through different stages of life. These 30–45 minute classes combine conscious movement, breathing, mobility exercises, balance work and gentle strength to help you maintain a more comfortable, responsive and confident relationship with your body. Rather than pushing the body to do more, Be Balance invites you to understand what your body needs today — and learn how to move from there. Each class is adaptable to your own level and pace, with a focus on quality of movement, joint mobility, coordination, posture, balance and everyday functional movement. You don’t need to be flexible, fit or experienced. You simply need to be willing to listen to your body and move with awareness. What you can expect • Improve mobility and range of motion • Support balance and coordination • Develop functional strength • Improve body awareness and proprioception • Release unnecessary tension and rigidity • Connect movement with conscious breathing • Build confidence in the way you move • Create a more sustainable relationship with exercise Be Balance Active Age is not about moving harder. It is about moving better, with greater awareness and confidence. Listen to your body. Let it arrive. Keep moving.
