I offer classes that centre around understanding musicality and developing skills and the confidence to improve your performance as a singer, songwriter, or a guitarist. Each lesson is tailored to the students goals, ambitions and interests. Guitar Classes (classical with nylon strings ; acoustic with steel strings ; and/or electric) in Vienna or online in various languages (ENG/GER/FRA/ESP) Pedagogue with more than 10 years of experience in scholar and extracurricular contexts is offering his expertise as a guitar teacher for new interested students of all ages. Classes are held in person in Vienna's 3rd district, and can be of course prolonged into the school year. My class is based on various but well structured classical methods, however Pop and modern music remains an important aspect of the learning process, so the various wishes and aspects of guitar playing can be achieved by beginners and advanced students. A vast well catered repertoire and personalized arrangements will be provided for each student individually. Many groups projects with guitars as well as other music instruments were very successfully realized over the years, and many of my students have also succeeded in competitions and important (solo) performances. Prep classes for competitions as well as entrance exams at music institutions are also very possible! Every year there are two student concerts in a beautiful concert hall in the 3rd district (December and June)

I am a singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose music has been featured in publications such as The Huffington Post, BBC and WRAL. I have written and co-written songs that have accumulated tens of millions of streams. I am represented by Kobalt/AWAL (Lauv, Bruno Major, Tom Misch), Maximal Music Sync (Candi Staton, North Star Media), Music Table South Korea, and Sixtyfour Music London and have co-written with Richard Walters (Declan J Donovan, 3lau, Alison Moyet, Grey's Anatomy, CSI) and breakout Dutch artist Judy Blank. Alongside releasing my own material, I am also a session pianist, writer and guitar player who has worked for many clients in studios both in Europe and the States, as well as on tours worldwide including major festival slots and tours in the UK, Europe and the States. ---------- I primarily am interested in teaching people to develop their own sense of artistic identity, and am keen to mentor pupils who are already making headway in their own progress as a musician or in the music industry. I am able to offer key insights into the industry that many other teachers aren't able to, and I am passionate about people who are passionate about music. I consider my experience incredibly valuable to those serious about making headway in the industry and see my classes to be more of a personal and bespoke teaching service than traditional piano/guitar lessons, and have a slightly higher price point accordingly. I have also achieved Grade 8 (ABRSM) in piano. I am moving back to Vienna in April, and will be taking on students from mid-April onwards. ---------- I have been tutoring for the past 6 years, and have had pupils of all skill levels and ages. I have taken pupils through traditional grading in the UK (both ABRSM and Rockschool) and also taught people who are only interested in learning an instrument vocationally. Over these years I have helped pupils develop proficiency and passion in piano, guitar, songwriting, production, as well as offering advice on booking tours, forming bands, and helping develop a sense of musical identity. ---------- My approach to each client is unique, but I primarily focus on encouraging artistic expression and open communication in my sessions. I value the ability to give others the opportunity to create, and I like to treat my lessons as a safe space for ideas, for singing, for performing, and for chatting about all things musical. I am a student studying to become a professional guitarist. I study at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna under the direction of the famous guitarist Alvaro Pierri. I have been playing guitar for 16 years and have 4 years of teaching experience. I am best trained to teach classical/Spanish and acoustic guitar, but I can also offer extensive electric guitar knowledge. I enjoy working with anyone who enjoys music of any kind and wants to improve or learn guitar. I am a student, studying to be a professional guitarist.
