Hello, my name is Víctor and I am expert in statistics with a big knowledge in mathematics. My teaching experience is quite extensive, loving to teach and deal with new math problems. Mathematics is a huge scientific area and I consider that a way to understand the maths and its complexity is through exercises. However, the first step is to know the theoretical aspects. The lessons will be organized in two parts: the first one will be theoretical and the second one practical. The objective is to have a quick overview of the applied theory in each exercise to use it in similar exercises. Each student will follow each own path and that will also be defined lesson by lesson. Depending on the student level and objectives some modifications will be done in our way of working, aiming always for making the lessons as easy to follow as possible. If the purpose of the lessons is to pass an exam, we will adapt our way of working and will focus on understanding the theory quickly to do as much exercises as possible.

I am a professional musician and passionate teacher. I specialise in violin, viola & piano lessons for ABRSM exams. I have been teaching since 2012, and since 2016 I have also been teaching over Skype. My students have had many successful results for ABRSM exams, high school scholarship auditions and local music competitions. I have a Masters of Music from Trinity Laban College of Music and Dance (London), studying under Roger Chase, and a Masters in Fine Art from Gothenburg University (Sweden) with Øvyor Volle (Vertavo Quartet). I also studied in the USA at the Manhattan School of Music, New York, and Chicago College of Performing Arts. I work as a professional viola player across the UK and Scandinavia, with such orchestras as The Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra, Royal Stockholm Philharmonic, Orchestra of the Royal Opera House (Stockholm), Bergen Philharmonic, Norwegian Radio, Gothenburg Symphony, Norrkoping Symphony, Jonkoping Sinfonietta, Aarhus Symphony, and English National Ballet Philharmonic. I am also a music arranger and transcriber.
