Yoga is a perfect way to maintain your body and mind balanced. I have been teaching for the last three years, mainly Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga (mostly online). My classes are quite traditional, in fact, I love to remain tied to the Indian tradition from which I have learned and continue to learn. You will always find pranayama and meditation in my classes because Yoga is not just Asana practice: you will need all the limbs to be a yoga student. I also teach Yin Yoga, a very different kind of Yoga (It directs the stimulation normally created in the asana portion of the practice deeper than the superficial or muscular tissues. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice.) The private lessons are tailored to your goals and physical abilities. Yoga sessions will be given online, in the comfort of your home, or outside as weather permits. I am happy to answer any further questions you have, or set up a session with you at your convenience. Please take note that different fees will apply for groups both online and in person (depending on location and number of students). Thank you!

With my tutoring sessions, I will consolidate language skills through consistent vocabulary training, sentence structure exercises and other various techniques. The main thing is to find out what type of learner you or your child are. Once we have determined together which method suits you (visual, auditory, etc...), we can also determine how to learn correctly. I would be happy to work with you or your children and support you.

Dear friends, A good teacher not only has a clear idea of how to deliver the material but also keep the student motivated and entertained. Our classes will be rich in content, topics will be interesting and fun while my explanation is concise. I myself learned Spanish in just 6 months and want to share this know-how with you. My very clear pronunciation, good sense of humor and patience will make it all easygoing. Master in foreign language teaching and a long experience teaching this subject at both university and corporate levels gives me a good command of business and financial terms. As to maths and physics, my engineering background and private tutorship help me show a different approach towards the right answer, always quick and straightforward. See you soon :)
