About Me

Music lover, who wants to learn from others and teach others. From my own experience as a student, since I was little I observed how music was taught reluctantly, with the same method. Sometimes, at my school, the subject was eliminated, because nobody wanted it. On other occasions, it was full but they continued teaching us what they taught us at school. Music was not just another subject, it was seen as a hobby.
Since we were children, we are made to believe that music is only good for entertainment, but in reality, performing and creating it is the most beautiful thing there is, and it can also be a profession.

I teach singing, piano, music awareness/introduction and solfège.

I live in Madrid and I am a student of a Higher Degree in Singing (Jazz and Modern Music). I dedicate a good part of my time to teaching (musical and linguistic) in the format of private classes online or at home.

I started giving private classes at home to children when I lived in Germany. During the 22-23 academic year I gave piano classes to students of all ages at the RedMusik Music School (Igualada, Catalonia).
I studied the piano and other instruments for more than 15 years at the UGDA and at the Luxembourg City Conservatory of Music. After many years of music theory and piano I obtained the „Première Mention“ certificate from the Conservatory, with the qualification "Très Bien".

A good music lesson should include not only technique and reading sheet music, but also theoretical and harmonic study, improvisation, recreational playing with the instrument, and ear training and rhythm exercises. I am interested in designing the lesson creatively and adapting it to the needs and desires of the student.
