This class is about learning Tunisian Arabic to easily interact with Tunisians. Tunisian Arabic is not the first dialect you hear about when you start to learn Arabic, but it is indeed one of the most fascinating and useful, especially if you are working in Tunisia, your partner is Tunisian or you are into North African social studies.
It occurred to you to be told that Tunisian Arabic has no grammatical or syntactic rules because it's not real Arabic? Well, that's not true! I can reveal you some tips to speak and sound Tunisian even if you don't know anything about Arabic. We will talk, play, watch videos from Tunisian tv programs and learn about language and culture.

I also do transcriptions and translations of documents and videos into French and Italian for academic researchers, journalists, and entrepreneurs.

Course and support for mathematics, French or English for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Having obtained the International Option Baccalaureate (OIB) in Scientific Mathematics specialty with honors this year, I am bilingual in French and English, and I have a level of Terminale S in maths. I know how to give lessons to little ones by making the lessons fun, but I also understand the difficulty posed by the French baccalaureate, being myself there, and can therefore transmit my learning experience to high school students.

To live and reside in the Netherlands a certain level of Dutch is not only handy but also necessary if you want to have a job. As part of the process to become a Dutch national, you need a basic level of Dutch, being A1 to B2.

I am a certified Dutch teacher with 6 years of teaching experience. Besides teaching Dutch to Dutch high -school pupils in the years 1- 4 mavo/ havo/ vwo, I also have extensive experience teaching Dutch to expats/ foreigners.
I am therefore familiar with the “inburgeringsexamen” and the NT2 curriculum (Dutch for foreigners) for those who want to reside in the Netherlands.

As a French student studying in The Netherlands, at Leiden University, I've been able to hear so many different languages in my everyday life. And I love giving some advice to my friends starting, currently learning or simply practicing French. Therefore, giving some French tutoring appears as a really gratifying experience, for both the tutor and the tutored!

French being my first language, the level of my classes can depend on the level of the student: from learning the very first basis of the language to high school-level essay writing, I'd love to share some of my culture and language through my classes.

I grew up in-between Mexico and the Netherlands and completed a bilingual education in English and Spanish. I passed my GCSE examinations after Grade 10 and attained a final score of 42/45 points in the IB in 2021. After graduating from a United World College, I move to The Hague to study at Leiden University, where I obtained a BA in International Law (summa cum laude).

I started tutoring at 14, but only began doing it regularly four years later at the IB level. My professional experience has also included college-level student assistantships. My approach to learning is influenced by my own diverse background. I have studied under different systems in the Mexico, the Netherlands and France, which allowed me to experiment with various learning methods and discover what works and what doesn't. When it comes to the IB, I especially understand how to structure written assignments (including IAs, TOK essay and the EE) and have several tips to achieve the highest results.

I strongly believe that each student has a unique way of learning, and my objective is to discover what works best for you. Together, we can make the most of our time and make the learning process enjoyable and effective.

I have worked as a remedial teacher in primary education for the past three years. I have helped students individually or in small groups with reading, spelling and arithmetic. Because I lived abroad as an expat for a few years myself - where my son went to an international school - I know from experience how challenging it can be to have to communicate and learn in different languages.
Back in The Hague, I have helped expats with Dutch conversation (individually).
I use different methods to make Dutch as accessible as possible! It is a difficult language, but I try to make it simple.
