Learn English Through Art: Sessions for Kids to Play, Create & Build Confidence 🎨
From 46 € /h
**Art Classes for Kids in English 🎨**
Hello! I’m Emma, an art teacher with training in art therapy offering private, in-home creative sessions for children (ages 3+). My classes combine art, play, and English in a relaxed, pressure-free environment where kids can explore, create, and express themselves freely.
**What to expect**
Each 60-minute session includes:
• A short chat to connect and warm up in English.
• A creative process with art-making, games, and exploration.
• A closing moment to reflect and share about what we created.
Some sessions follow a fun theme (like building an underwater world and learning related vocabulary), while others are open-ended for free expression and play.
**My approach**
Guided by my background in art therapy, the sessions focus on:
• Building confidence and self-expression.
• Learning English through natural conversation and listening.
• Developing creativity, curiosity, and emotional awareness.
All materials are provided, kids just need their imagination!
Classes take place at your home and last 1 hour.
If you’d like your child to learn English through creativity, play, and exploration, I’d love to hear from you 🌸

About Me
I'm an English teacher and art therapist based in Barcelona. I work with children (ages 3+) through private, in-home art sessions where they can play, create, build confidence, and integrate English learning naturally.
I believe creativity is one of the best ways for children to learn a language. When kids are focused on making something (painting, building, experimenting), they absorb English without even realising it. It's learning without pressure, which is especially valuable for children who already spend so much of their day sitting, writing, and studying at school.
My sessions give children the freedom to experiment, make mistakes, and express themselves. Some sessions follow a theme, while others are completely open-ended. Either way, kids are practicing vocabulary, conversation, and listening skills in a relaxed, joyful environment.
With my training as an art therapist, I place a lot of emphasis on building trust and connection with each child. Once that relationship is established, children feel comfortable taking risks, trying new things, and really opening up creatively. These sessions are especially wonderful for children who find it hard to try new things, open up, or get messy. I create a safe, supportive space where there's no "wrong way" to create, just room to explore, grow, and build confidence at their own pace.
In a world where screens dominate so much of childhood, these sessions offer something different: a chance to slow down, use their hands, discover new materials, and feel proud of what they can make.
(I speak Spanish, so I'm happy to communicate with parents in either English or Spanish.)
