I was a marine Engineer in Torm Shipping, Denmark. As a Marine Engineer at TORM, I was responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of ship machinery while ensuring compliance with international safety and environmental regulations such as SOLAS and MARPOL. I conducted technical analyses to optimize vessel performance, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and implemented preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Additionally, I played a key role in managing routine inspections, emergency repairs, and energy efficiency initiatives by analyzing fuel consumption data and recommending optimization strategies.
