In my ballet classes, we blend both classical and contemporary styles.

If you're just starting out, we’ll cover the basics and build up from there. We’ll talk about how understanding alignment and flow is key to ballet technique, and I’ll help you get comfortable with the basic ballet terms.

For more experienced dancers, we’ll meet you where you're at and work from there. We’ll focus on fine-tuning your technique and adding performance qualities to your practice.

In all my classes, I make sure we go at a pace that feels right for you, with the goal of helping you grow and enjoy dance for the long haul.

I have had the chance to teach all kinds of students, from the U.S. to Europe to Asia. Whether it’s in classrooms, studios, community programs, or through online tutoring, I’ve enjoyed it all. What I love most is not just sharing what I know with my students, but also learning from them along the way.

I truly believe in the power of sharing knowledge, which is why I keep teaching and having conversations that go beyond just the lesson itself.

Contemporary Dance Practice, Open to all ages and levels

In my contemporary classes, we focus on using breath and creativity to explore movement and push the boundaries of both curiosity and physicality.

No matter your experience or level, we’ll create a practice that helps you strengthen your dance foundation, improve your flow, and build confidence. The goal is to feel free in your movement and leave the class feeling like you’ve accomplished something for the day.

In all my classes, we move at a pace that works for you, with the aim of supporting your long-term growth in dance and movement.

English Language Tutoring: Grammar, Vocabulary, Conversation

In our lessons, we will focus on improving your grammar, vocabulary, and speaking skills at a pace that’s comfortable yet still keeps you challenged. We will also cover both formal and informal ways of speaking and writing, so you’re prepared for anything from school and work to everyday conversations.

Growing up in a bilingual household, I understand the challenges of juggling multiple languages and the process of learning a new one. As a native English speaker, I am here to help you improve your English, whether you’re in school, need it for work, or just want to get better overall.

I work to help complex ideas and subject become understandable and joyful experience, for the student. I believe that one of the most important tools for succeeding with a material is developing a high self confidence with it. Understanding concept on a deep level and exercising the weak spots can creat a high level of independence of thought which will in turn rise motivation in the learning proses.

The Cuban Modern and Afro Contemporary Dance classes are a dazar training course that focuses on movements that start from the pelvis and hips, working intensely on the body as a whole. Body Harmony is a class that helps body awareness, balance, strength. The three techniques work with the relationship between the mind and the body. And they offer a more personal way to get closer to your own body.
