Once your pieces are made, we will think together about the best finishes, whether it be molding and casting in plaster, or ceramic firing of the work. Your productions in progress will be protected and handled with care, and any production that passes the final molding or baking stage will belong to you; I will ask you to take them back when they are finished. The figurative and abstract art courses offer different paths, which can obviously be combined to achieve an interesting middle ground. The figurative course provides busts and plaster casts from which to create models, allowing you to better understand the forms of the face, body, and volumes that make up the human being. Anatomical references will also be available as needed; for example, when working on the torso in modeling, I will present you with advanced anatomical references that you can keep. We are very happy with the French lessons Awni gives to our 14-year-old daughter. He is very flexible and adapts the lessons perfectly to her needs and level! He places special focus on pronunciation, vocabulary, listening skills, and conversation, while introducing interesting topics that make the lessons engaging and enjoyable. Germán is a great teacher and also fun to work with. He first carefully diagnoses strengths and weaknesses and then designs tailored exercises around the learning needs and gives concrete feedback and shares vocabulary tips. If you search someone to better understand homework/grammar exercises or someone for stand-alone private classes, German is your guy for both. He can explain grammar or improve conversational skills. Before our private lessons, I took courses at the Cervantes institute and my professor there also respected him a lot for his teaching methods and knowledge.
