As a yoga instructor, I specialise in teaching traditional Indian Hatha yoga and Pranayama. I have been practicing yoga since a young age and have several years of teaching experience.

About Me
Growing up in India, my grandfather's guidance as a yoga guru instilled a deep appreciation for the transformative power of yoga in me. From an early age, I have been devoted to practicing yoga and following in his footsteps. Now, as a yoga instructor based in Switzerland, I am driven to guide others on the path of yoga, whether it be to enhance physical movement, attain spiritual growth, or cultivate mindfulness.

I strongly believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of their age, fitness level, or background, and I am committed to promoting this philosophy. My own journey with yoga began in childhood, and I have since continued to deepen my knowledge and practice. Sharing my experiences and knowledge with my clients brings me immense joy, as I am passionate about helping others experience the life-changing benefits of yoga.

In my personal practice and during my lessons I try to work towards a balance between strength and relaxation, between action and introspection.

I do not take myself too seriously, since, for me, this practice should be a joy - a discipline yes, but definitely not a dogma. I would like my students to be able to experience the power of what yoga can offer us and feel at ease with being just who they are: natural, without any need to live up to any ideas of who a yogi 'should' or 'should not' be. This, to me, is a process of allowing time and practice to take effect - a process which we experience both together, and individually in everyday life.

All my programs are tailored to your needs and preferences. Yoga and Emotional Mastery training can be combined to deliver maximum value.

This training is designed to guide you to develop greater consciousness and master your own sense of health and well-being. Meaning: you build up your own regular practice and habits that will remain with you over the long-term, way beyond the limit of our one-hour lessons!
